Kedar Palekar and his team were quick and very helpful. Kedar was super helpful and kind. At the very last minute, we requested the syncwords integration and he juggled it like a real pro. We have no complaints about the process due to the fact that he was our account manager.

There were times we needed Syncword Captioners, times our client was providing captioners and times we needed to do ASR captioning. Kedar, our Syncwords rep, was incredibly on point and ready to adjust to our needs at a moments notice. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Amazingly Accurate Automated Captioning My friend and I created a lecture video, and we needed to put captions to it. I knew SyncWords had an automated service that would automatically match captions from a transcript of the lecture that I had, so I gave their service a try. It was a lengthy lecture, and the caption placement was unbelievably accurate! In a couple of hours, start to finish with creating my account and instructions for the job, my hour-long lecture had accurate captions. I was able to walk away and let their service do the work. I went over it later, and I didn't have to change or correct anything. I also had an opportunity to speak with them and have an introduction to the service, and they couldn't have been more friendly to deal with. I would use the service again, surely!

Really good software At our church, we had a Ukrainian family come who spoke very little english. We used the automated captions and translated them live using the Syncwords software. They were able to follow live captions on a laptop, which has aided their understanding of the services. The customer support has been brilliant, in helping us to set this up. The software is easy to use and works exactly how we needed it to.

SyncWords is amazing! SyncWords was a great help to us with our live translation needs at a national conference we ran virtually in Canada. They were able to offer us English and French LIVE closed captioning, which was very helpful for our multi-lingual audience. Our only quarrel is that it is quite pricey as a Canadian purchasing their services, because everything is in USD. Not a barrier though, if you can afford it.
