We hired SyncWords to provide live human captioning for our virtual Conference. SyncWords was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and on event day. Organized, knowledgeable, supportive, punctual and accurate is how I would describe the entire team. We also added-on cleaning up of the live transcripts and SyncWords did a great job with this too. Would 10/10 recommend them to any event planner looking for live transcription!
