GBI had a really good experience with… I had a really good experience with SyncWords and Kedar's team running a Spanish event with Portuguese translations. Kedar was very prompt responding to my emails and the team was very professional. I think the time lag between the audio and the live captions should be decreased, and we should have been told with more time in advance that we could provide a list of words in Spanish to add to the software to improve its translating performance.

CAWe hired SyncWords to provide live human captioning for our virtual Conference. SyncWords was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and on event day. Organized, knowledgeable, supportive, punctual and accurate is how I would describe the entire team. We also added-on cleaning up of the live transcripts and SyncWords did a great job with this too.
