I had a really good experience with… I had a really good experience with SyncWords and Kedar's team running a Spanish event with Portuguese translations. Kedar was very prompt responding to my emails and the team was very professional. I think the time lag between the audio and the live captions should be decreased, and we should have been told with more time in advance that we could provide a list of words in Spanish to add to the software to improve its translating performance.

I highly recommend Syncwords I highly recommend Syncwords. I had two virtual meetings with Kedar to make sure everything was ready to go and the team was prepared. They worked seamlessly with our production studio which made it easy for me. The captions were very accurate, despite having multiple speakers and styles and cadences and accents.

Really good software At our church, we had a Ukrainian family come who spoke very little english. We used the automated captions and translated them live using the Syncwords software. They were able to follow live captions on a laptop, which has aided their understanding of the services. The customer support has been brilliant, in helping us to set this up. The software is easy to use and works exactly how we needed it to.

Kedar Palekar and his team were quick and very helpful. Kedar was super helpful and kind. At the very last minute, we requested the syncwords integration and he juggled it like a real pro. We have no complaints about the process due to the fact that he was our account manager.
