CAWe hired SyncWords to provide live human captioning for our virtual Conference. SyncWords was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and on event day. GBI had a really good experience with… I had a really good experience with SyncWords and Kedar's team running a Spanish event with Portuguese translations. Kedar was very prompt responding to my emails and the team was very professional. I think the time lag between the audio and the live captions should be decreased, and we should have been told with more time in advance that we could provide a list of words in Spanish to add to the software to improve its translating performance.

GBReally good software At our church, we had a Ukrainian family come who spoke very little english. We used the automated captions and translated them live using the Syncwords software. They were able to follow live captions on a laptop, which has aided their understanding of the services. The customer support has been brilliant, in helping us to set this up. The software is easy to use and works exactly how we needed it to.
