CAWe hired SyncWords to provide live human captioning for our virtual Conference. SyncWords was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and on event day. CASyncWords is amazing! SyncWords was a great help to us with our live translation needs at a national conference we ran virtually in Canada. They were able to offer us English and French LIVE closed captioning, which was very helpful for our multi-lingual audience. Our only quarrel is that it is quite pricey as a Canadian purchasing their services, because everything is in USD. Not a barrier though, if you can afford it.
