GBReally good software At our church, we had a Ukrainian family come who spoke very little english. We used the automated captions and translated them live using the Syncwords software. They were able to follow live captions on a laptop, which has aided their understanding of the services. The customer support has been brilliant, in helping us to set this up. GBSyncwords was incredibly reliable Syncwords was incredibly reliable. We had over 40 instances where captioning was required during our event. We needed it for Keynote and breakout sessions. There were times we needed Syncword Captioners, times our client was providing captioners and times we needed to do ASR captioning.
