GBAmazingly Accurate Automated Captioning My friend and I created a lecture video, and we needed to put captions to it. I knew SyncWords had an automated service that would automatically match captions from a transcript of the lecture that I had, so I gave their service a try. It was a lengthy lecture, and the caption placement was unbelievably accurate! In a couple of hours, start to finish with creating my account and instructions for the job, my hour-long lecture had accurate captions. I was able to walk away and let their service do the work. I went over it later, and I didn't have to change or correct anything. I also had an opportunity to speak with them and have an introduction to the service, and they couldn't have been more friendly to deal with. I would use the service again, surely!

GBReally good software At our church, we had a Ukrainian family come who spoke very little english. We used the automated captions and translated them live using the Syncwords software. They were able to follow live captions on a laptop, which has aided their understanding of the services. The customer support has been brilliant, in helping us to set this up. GBI had a really good experience with… I had a really good experience with SyncWords and Kedar's team running a Spanish event with Portuguese translations. Kedar was very prompt responding to my emails and the team was very professional. I think the time lag between the audio and the live captions should be decreased, and we should have been told with more time in advance that we could provide a list of words in Spanish to add to the software to improve its translating performance.
