I knew SyncWords had an automated service that would automatically match captions from a transcript of the lecture that I had, so I gave their service a try. It was a lengthy lecture, and the caption placement was unbelievably accurate! In a couple of hours, start to finish with creating my account and instructions for the job, my hour-long lecture had accurate captions. I was able to walk away and let their service do the work. I went over it later, and I didn't have to change or correct anything. I also had an opportunity to speak with them and have an introduction to the service, and they couldn't have been more friendly to deal with. I would use the service again, surely!
