GBLetricia is the best!!!!!! I was on the 9th day of my 10 day grace period to make my final payment for the No Values festival. As soon as I got paid I signed in to make payment and the payment link was no longer active. Panicked, I called and started a live chat. Letricia eventually picked up and very swiftly and deftly was able to process my payment for me and verify that I was paid in full and my tickets had converted and downloaded. She couldn't have made it easier. And for the record, as I type this, my issue has been resolved via live chat and I am still on hold on the phone. If all the support agents are as good as Letricia, then live chat is definitely the way to go.

GBJermica is an excellent agent Jermica was a great agent! I had a issue with purchasing and Jermica went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Respectful, diligent and companies need to hire individuals like Jermica to their team. Excellent job.

GBAgent helpful, responsive and quick. Review is for customer service via chat only. Jermica was helpful and able to solve my problem quickly. I was trying to cancel the listing of tickets I wanted to sell. (Listing the tickets for resale was not an easy venture either BTW). They were able to cancel the listing very quickly after a few confirmations from me about my name, the event, and an emailed code. Appreciated they shared that AXS isn't compatible with Wi-Fi. Helpful to know! What I will be doing is avoiding AXS as much as possible. Thanks Jermica - no thank you AXS.
