I was trying to cancel the listing of tickets I wanted to sell. (Listing the tickets for resale was not an easy venture either BTW). They were able to cancel the listing very quickly after a few confirmations from me about my name, the event, and an emailed code. Appreciated they shared that AXS isn't compatible with Wi-Fi.
