Bob, a terrific agent! Bob, an agent who travels to my home state of Montana helped me with our ticket order. Not only did he find us tickets to the US Open Tennis Tournament, he found us excellent seats. This will be our first time attending a professional tennis match, so we are rather excited. late ticket delivery I purchased two tickets for the French Open the day before the event. Within hours of the order I informed eSeats that I would only be using one and to please list the other for sale. They failed to inform me that if the extra ticket wasn’t sold by midnight it was invalid. The next day I asked them to go ahead and send me the second ticket since it hadn’t sold, and this was when I was informed of that policy. A wasted ticket. Also, the ticket I purchased allowed me to enter Roland Garros at 11 am and there were several great matches going on. I had to email eSeats SEVERAL times to get my ticket, which was only sent around 2pm the day of the matches, causing me to miss all of that tennis that occurred prior to rain delay. And the markups are crazy— I found out tickets at the same level were available at the official French Open website for less than half of what I paid.

Eseats.com took care of us when we it… Eseats.com took care of us when we it really counted! The day before we were scheduled to go to Roland Garros, we hadn’t received our tickets. Turns out there was an administrative error which happens. I rang up the owner and within an hour or so, as I sat along the Seine (literally) I got a call from Bob (the owner) explaining what had happened, and how he was going to fix it. I’d been pretty stressed I’ll admit. He went out on the open market and purchased two tickets that were an upgrade over the original tickets we’d purchased, just to make sure we were taken care of. Problem solved and then some! Thank you! We had an amazing experience at the French Open!

AVOID! RUDE AND CARELESS I paid for one UCL Final ticket. They sent me a document to sign, which I did. Then they sent me an email to send a picture of my credit card from both side and a photo ID. I did. Then they ask me for my CVV number since I blurred it, I gave it to them. Then after all these verification they asked me to verify a small amount they charged to my card, here in Israel charges appear online after a few days, i told them that, then without further notice I receive a cancellation email!! I understand the risk of fraud but at this point its too much!! I believe they don't even have the tickets they list. STAY AWAY
