AVOID! RUDE AND CARELESS I paid for one UCL Final ticket. They sent me a document to sign, which I did. Then they sent me an email to send a picture of my credit card from both side and a photo ID. I did. Then they ask me for my CVV number since I blurred it, I gave it to them. Then after all these verification they asked me to verify a small amount they charged to my card, here in Israel charges appear online after a few days, i told them that, then without further notice I receive a cancellation email!! I understand the risk of fraud but at this point its too much!! I believe they don't even have the tickets they list. STAY AWAY

We bought tickets for the Miami Open… We bought tickets for the Miami Open tennis tournament from eseats. Bob is fabulous, he is very professional, courteous and efficient. I greatly appreciated it when you stayed on the phone with me to ensure that our credit card went through. Our seats were perfect and our tickets arrived two days before the event. We had a fantastic time at the open. The weather was sunny and breezy and the venue at the Miami Open was colorful and pretty! It was so much fun seeing our favorite tennis stars play in person! Shows and sporting Events thru e seats and after hearing the horror stories of people not receiving there tickets I would never use anybody else
