ILAVOID! RUDE AND CARELESS I paid for one UCL Final ticket. They sent me a document to sign, which I did. Then they sent me an email to send a picture of my credit card from both side and a photo ID. I did. Then they ask me for my CVV number since I blurred it, I gave it to them. Then after all these verification they asked me to verify a small amount they charged to my card, here in Israel charges appear online after a few days, i told them that, then without further notice I receive a cancellation email!! I understand the risk of fraud but at this point its too much!! I believe they don't even have the tickets they list. STAY AWAY

GBWe bought tickets for the Miami Open… We bought tickets for the Miami Open tennis tournament from eseats. Bob is fabulous, he is very professional, courteous and efficient. I greatly appreciated it when you stayed on the phone with me to ensure that our credit card went through. Our seats were perfect and our tickets arrived two days before the event. We had a fantastic time at the open. The weather was sunny and breezy and the venue at the Miami Open was colorful and pretty! It was so much fun seeing our favorite tennis stars play in person! Bob and Debbie went out of their way to answer questions quickly (at any time of day). Hello - COVID-19. Goodbye - 2020. So many unexpected challenges this year - with the Derby rescheduled, Bob to the rescue. I can't drink mint juleps in September - so Bob helped me consign the tickets. Derby with no-fans. Bob to the rescue again. While rescheduling and cancelling so many events, eSeats definitely felt the impact, however their customer service continued to exceed expectations. IEDue to covid our trip from Ireland for… Due to covid our trip from Ireland for the Kentucky Derby had to be postponed and subsequently cancelled. Through the whole process Bob & Debbie have been excellent communicating with me by e mail and telephone in real time. So reassuring and would give them 10/10 for customer service and communication. We ll definitely use their service again ( hopefully in 2021 if the world get back to normal )
