GBESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY

ILAVOID! RUDE AND CARELESS I paid for one UCL Final ticket. They sent me a document to sign, which I did. Then they sent me an email to send a picture of my credit card from both side and a photo ID. I did. Then they ask me for my CVV number since I blurred it, I gave it to them. Then after all these verification they asked me to verify a small amount they charged to my card, here in Israel charges appear online after a few days, i told them that, then without further notice I receive a cancellation email!! I understand the risk of fraud but at this point its too much!! I believe they don't even have the tickets they list. STAY AWAY

GBI feel totally confident buying tickets… I feel totally confident buying tickets through eSeats. There are so many ticket companies out there that I would not trust as much as working with Bob at eSeats. He will always try to find the best value for you and stand behind his business. I will continue to use them for all my ticket needs.

IEDue to covid our trip from Ireland for… Due to covid our trip from Ireland for the Kentucky Derby had to be postponed and subsequently cancelled. Through the whole process Bob & Debbie have been excellent communicating with me by e mail and telephone in real time. So reassuring and would give them 10/10 for customer service and communication. We ll definitely use their service again ( hopefully in 2021 if the world get back to normal )
