When asking questions about tickets the team was extremely responsive to questions and resolved questions very timely. I even received a phone call follow up not just an email! Eseats.com took care of us when we it… Eseats.com took care of us when we it really counted! The day before we were scheduled to go to Roland Garros, we hadn’t received our tickets. Turns out there was an administrative error which happens. I rang up the owner and within an hour or so, as I sat along the Seine (literally) I got a call from Bob (the owner) explaining what had happened, and how he was going to fix it. I’d been pretty stressed I’ll admit. He went out on the open market and purchased two tickets that were an upgrade over the original tickets we’d purchased, just to make sure we were taken care of. Problem solved and then some! Thank you! We had an amazing experience at the French Open!

I have been using E seats for years… I have been using E seats for years always reliable and fair priced and they will upgrade you at no charge whenever they can. I have attended many concerts. Shows and sporting Events thru e seats and after hearing the horror stories of people not receiving there tickets I would never use anybody else

ESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY
