There are so many ticket companies out there that I would not trust as much as working with Bob at eSeats. He will always try to find the best value for you and stand behind his business. I will continue to use them for all my ticket needs.

Eseats.com took care of us when we it… Eseats.com took care of us when we it really counted! The day before we were scheduled to go to Roland Garros, we hadn’t received our tickets. Turns out there was an administrative error which happens. I rang up the owner and within an hour or so, as I sat along the Seine (literally) I got a call from Bob (the owner) explaining what had happened, and how he was going to fix it. I’d been pretty stressed I’ll admit. He went out on the open market and purchased two tickets that were an upgrade over the original tickets we’d purchased, just to make sure we were taken care of. Problem solved and then some! Thank you! We had an amazing experience at the French Open!

Bob, a terrific agent! Bob, an agent who travels to my home state of Montana helped me with our ticket order. Not only did he find us tickets to the US Open Tennis Tournament, he found us excellent seats. This will be our first time attending a professional tennis match, so we are rather excited. These guys are awesome! These guys are awesome!! Totally came through at the last minute. They are a US based company but can get tickets anywhere around the world to any event. I was in London and they were able to score me completely sold out Madonna tickets two hours before the show at a reasonable price. There phone app made it super easy too.The transaction went very smooth no problems at all quick and easy. Tickets were emailed to me and we were good to go.
