Covid made it tough, but eseats pulled through! Covid has really made it hard on everyone involved in live music performances this year. I had tickets to see BareNaked Ladies at the Mountain Winery in CA, and the tour was at first postponed, then cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Eseats was caught between the customer (me) and the tour company who handles the band's gigs, and for several months the tour had only been "postponed" (until next year!), which meant that eseats.com could not give me a refund. Just today, Bob contacted me and informed me that I have received a full refund! It took a while, but I am super happy with Bob and Debbie's commitment to getting this right.

Fast and proactive assistance on my order! I heard that eSeats was very good through word of mouth so decided to give them a try for the first time. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the order at checkout but Bob called me proactively to confirm my order with me ensure me that everything went through ok despite the error and had his tech team investigate the initial issue I had. These guys are awesome! These guys are awesome!! Totally came through at the last minute. They are a US based company but can get tickets anywhere around the world to any event. I was in London and they were able to score me completely sold out Madonna tickets two hours before the show at a reasonable price. There phone app made it super easy too.The transaction went very smooth no problems at all quick and easy. Tickets were emailed to me and we were good to go.
