Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the order at checkout but Bob called me proactively to confirm my order with me ensure me that everything went through ok despite the error and had his tech team investigate the initial issue I had. So many unexpected challenges this year - with the Derby rescheduled, Bob to the rescue. I can't drink mint juleps in September - so Bob helped me consign the tickets. Derby with no-fans. I have been using E seats for years… I have been using E seats for years always reliable and fair priced and they will upgrade you at no charge whenever they can. I have attended many concerts. Shows and sporting Events thru e seats and after hearing the horror stories of people not receiving there tickets I would never use anybody else

We bought tickets for the Miami Open… We bought tickets for the Miami Open tennis tournament from eseats. Bob is fabulous, he is very professional, courteous and efficient. I greatly appreciated it when you stayed on the phone with me to ensure that our credit card went through. Our seats were perfect and our tickets arrived two days before the event. We had a fantastic time at the open. The weather was sunny and breezy and the venue at the Miami Open was colorful and pretty! It was so much fun seeing our favorite tennis stars play in person!
