GBEseats.com took care of us when we it… Eseats.com took care of us when we it really counted! The day before we were scheduled to go to Roland Garros, we hadn’t received our tickets. Turns out there was an administrative error which happens. I rang up the owner and within an hour or so, as I sat along the Seine (literally) I got a call from Bob (the owner) explaining what had happened, and how he was going to fix it. I’d been pretty stressed I’ll admit. He went out on the open market and purchased two tickets that were an upgrade over the original tickets we’d purchased, just to make sure we were taken care of. Problem solved and then some! Thank you! We had an amazing experience at the French Open!

GBBEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS. I went to book 4 tickets to the Waste Mgmt Phoenix Open in Feb. and when ordering, the site timed-out only to tell me "session timed-out and/or tickets are not available. Please make another selection". It did it again and the third time my selection went through and I received confirmation (on the site - not by email; actually, still have never even received any confirmations to my email). Found out the next day from my credit card company - that three separate charges for $1244 went through - $3732!!! Bob (the CEO) tried to get the supplier to refund the other two transactions, but they refused. I even contacted them myself to try (three times with no response). Bob graciously offered to put the additional 8 (unauthorized) tickets on consignment and waive the 15% fee - haven't sold them yet, but hopefully will get my money back that way and the supplier (TicketEvolution.com) will be getting a very unpleasant review from me!!!! Bob was great though in helping me as much as he could.

ZABOB & DEBBIE were fricken awesome… BOB & DEBBIE were fricken awesome throught the entire process... always took my calls and always followed up regardless. I would recommend eseats FIRST before any other ticketing platform. There are alot of dodgy ticket sales companies out there, and the experience is daunting when you are from the otherside of the world. THANK YOU for your oustanding committment. GBFrench Open 2023- 2 days French Open 2023- 2 days one day on Susan Lahren next day on Phillipe Chatrier both days GREAT SEATS. Expensive yes but its Roland Garros in Paris. Everything delivered as promised. ZERO problems. Bobs team #1.

GBFast and proactive assistance on my order! I heard that eSeats was very good through word of mouth so decided to give them a try for the first time. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the order at checkout but Bob called me proactively to confirm my order with me ensure me that everything went through ok despite the error and had his tech team investigate the initial issue I had. Thanks again Bob, I appreciate the fast support I received and hopefully I'll be able to do business with eSeats in the future! Billy
