Covid made it tough, but eseats pulled through! Covid has really made it hard on everyone involved in live music performances this year. I had tickets to see BareNaked Ladies at the Mountain Winery in CA, and the tour was at first postponed, then cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Eseats was caught between the customer (me) and the tour company who handles the band's gigs, and for several months the tour had only been "postponed" (until next year!), which meant that eseats.com could not give me a refund. Just today, Bob contacted me and informed me that I have received a full refund! It took a while, but I am super happy with Bob and Debbie's commitment to getting this right.

ESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility.
