ESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY

Bob, a terrific agent! Bob, an agent who travels to my home state of Montana helped me with our ticket order. Not only did he find us tickets to the US Open Tennis Tournament, he found us excellent seats. This will be our first time attending a professional tennis match, so we are rather excited. Eseats.com took care of us when we it… Eseats.com took care of us when we it really counted! The day before we were scheduled to go to Roland Garros, we hadn’t received our tickets. Turns out there was an administrative error which happens. I rang up the owner and within an hour or so, as I sat along the Seine (literally) I got a call from Bob (the owner) explaining what had happened, and how he was going to fix it. I’d been pretty stressed I’ll admit. He went out on the open market and purchased two tickets that were an upgrade over the original tickets we’d purchased, just to make sure we were taken care of. Problem solved and then some! Thank you! We had an amazing experience at the French Open!

Fast and proactive assistance on my order! I heard that eSeats was very good through word of mouth so decided to give them a try for the first time. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the order at checkout but Bob called me proactively to confirm my order with me ensure me that everything went through ok despite the error and had his tech team investigate the initial issue I had. I would recommend eseats FIRST before any other ticketing platform.
