I was in London and they were able to score me completely sold out Madonna tickets two hours before the show at a reasonable price. So many unexpected challenges this year - with the Derby rescheduled, Bob to the rescue. I can't drink mint juleps in September - so Bob helped me consign the tickets. Derby with no-fans. Due to covid our trip from Ireland for… Due to covid our trip from Ireland for the Kentucky Derby had to be postponed and subsequently cancelled. Through the whole process Bob & Debbie have been excellent communicating with me by e mail and telephone in real time. So reassuring and would give them 10/10 for customer service and communication. I have been using E seats for years… I have been using E seats for years always reliable and fair priced and they will upgrade you at no charge whenever they can. I have attended many concerts. Shows and sporting Events thru e seats and after hearing the horror stories of people not receiving there tickets I would never use anybody else
