We bought tickets for the Miami Open… We bought tickets for the Miami Open tennis tournament from eseats. Bob is fabulous, he is very professional, courteous and efficient. I greatly appreciated it when you stayed on the phone with me to ensure that our credit card went through. Our seats were perfect and our tickets arrived two days before the event. We had a fantastic time at the open. The weather was sunny and breezy and the venue at the Miami Open was colorful and pretty! It was so much fun seeing our favorite tennis stars play in person! AVOID! RUDE AND CARELESS I paid for one UCL Final ticket. They sent me a document to sign, which I did. Then they sent me an email to send a picture of my credit card from both side and a photo ID. I did. Then they ask me for my CVV number since I blurred it, I gave it to them. Then after all these verification they asked me to verify a small amount they charged to my card, here in Israel charges appear online after a few days, i told them that, then without further notice I receive a cancellation email!! I understand the risk of fraud but at this point its too much!! I believe they don't even have the tickets they list. STAY AWAY

French Open 2023- 2 days French Open 2023- 2 days one day on Susan Lahren next day on Phillipe Chatrier both days GREAT SEATS. Expensive yes but its Roland Garros in Paris. Everything delivered as promised. ZERO problems. Bobs team #1.

BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS. I went to book 4 tickets to the Waste Mgmt Phoenix Open in Feb. and when ordering, the site timed-out only to tell me "session timed-out and/or tickets are not available. Please make another selection". It did it again and the third time my selection went through and I received confirmation (on the site - not by email; actually, still have never even received any confirmations to my email). Found out the next day from my credit card company - that three separate charges for $1244 went through - $3732!!! Bob (the CEO) tried to get the supplier to refund the other two transactions, but they refused. I even contacted them myself to try (three times with no response). Bob graciously offered to put the additional 8 (unauthorized) tickets on consignment and waive the 15% fee - haven't sold them yet, but hopefully will get my money back that way and the supplier (TicketEvolution.com) will be getting a very unpleasant review from me!!!! Bob was great though in helping me as much as he could.

ESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY
