ESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY

I had a wonderful experience with… I had a wonderful experience with purchasing tickets from eSeats. The app to select seats is very user-friendly and the purchasing process was very easy. When asking questions about tickets the team was extremely responsive to questions and resolved questions very timely. I even received a phone call follow up not just an email! The personalized experience was awesome. Thanks so much Bob for all of your help. I will definitely use eSeats again for any future ticket purchases.

Covid made it tough, but eseats pulled through! Covid has really made it hard on everyone involved in live music performances this year. I had tickets to see BareNaked Ladies at the Mountain Winery in CA, and the tour was at first postponed, then cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Eseats was caught between the customer (me) and the tour company who handles the band's gigs, and for several months the tour had only been "postponed" (until next year!), which meant that eseats.com could not give me a refund. Just today, Bob contacted me and informed me that I have received a full refund! It took a while, but I am super happy with Bob and Debbie's commitment to getting this right.

BOB & DEBBIE were fricken awesome… BOB & DEBBIE were fricken awesome throught the entire process... always took my calls and always followed up regardless. I would recommend eseats FIRST before any other ticketing platform. There are alot of dodgy ticket sales companies out there, and the experience is daunting when you are from the otherside of the world. THANK YOU for your oustanding committment. There are so many ticket companies out there that I would not trust as much as working with Bob at eSeats. He will always try to find the best value for you and stand behind his business.
