I greatly appreciated it when you stayed on the phone with me to ensure that our credit card went through. Our seats were perfect and our tickets arrived two days before the event. We had a fantastic time at the open. The weather was sunny and breezy and the venue at the Miami Open was colorful and pretty! It was so much fun seeing our favorite tennis stars play in person! BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS. I went to book 4 tickets to the Waste Mgmt Phoenix Open in Feb. and when ordering, the site timed-out only to tell me "session timed-out and/or tickets are not available. Please make another selection". It did it again and the third time my selection went through and I received confirmation (on the site - not by email; actually, still have never even received any confirmations to my email). Found out the next day from my credit card company - that three separate charges for $1244 went through - $3732!!! Bob (the CEO) tried to get the supplier to refund the other two transactions, but they refused. I even contacted them myself to try (three times with no response). Bob graciously offered to put the additional 8 (unauthorized) tickets on consignment and waive the 15% fee - haven't sold them yet, but hopefully will get my money back that way and the supplier (TicketEvolution.com) will be getting a very unpleasant review from me!!!! Bob was great though in helping me as much as he could.

I feel totally confident buying tickets… I feel totally confident buying tickets through eSeats. There are so many ticket companies out there that I would not trust as much as working with Bob at eSeats. He will always try to find the best value for you and stand behind his business. I will continue to use them for all my ticket needs.

I had a wonderful experience with… I had a wonderful experience with purchasing tickets from eSeats. The app to select seats is very user-friendly and the purchasing process was very easy. When asking questions about tickets the team was extremely responsive to questions and resolved questions very timely. I even received a phone call follow up not just an email! The personalized experience was awesome. Thanks so much Bob for all of your help. I will definitely use eSeats again for any future ticket purchases.
