GBESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY

ZABOB & DEBBIE were fricken awesome… BOB & DEBBIE were fricken awesome throught the entire process... always took my calls and always followed up regardless. I would recommend eseats FIRST before any other ticketing platform. GBThese guys are awesome! These guys are awesome!! Totally came through at the last minute. They are a US based company but can get tickets anywhere around the world to any event. I was in London and they were able to score me completely sold out Madonna tickets two hours before the show at a reasonable price. There phone app made it super easy too.The transaction went very smooth no problems at all quick and easy. Tickets were emailed to me and we were good to go. GBCovid made it tough, but eseats pulled through! Covid has really made it hard on everyone involved in live music performances this year. I had tickets to see BareNaked Ladies at the Mountain Winery in CA, and the tour was at first postponed, then cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Eseats was caught between the customer (me) and the tour company who handles the band's gigs, and for several months the tour had only been "postponed" (until next year!), which meant that eseats.com could not give me a refund. Just today, Bob contacted me and informed me that I have received a full refund! It took a while, but I am super happy with Bob and Debbie's commitment to getting this right.

GBEseats.com took care of us when we it… Eseats.com took care of us when we it really counted! The day before we were scheduled to go to Roland Garros, we hadn’t received our tickets. Turns out there was an administrative error which happens. I rang up the owner and within an hour or so, as I sat along the Seine (literally) I got a call from Bob (the owner) explaining what had happened, and how he was going to fix it. I’d been pretty stressed I’ll admit. He went out on the open market and purchased two tickets that were an upgrade over the original tickets we’d purchased, just to make sure we were taken care of. Problem solved and then some! Thank you! We had an amazing experience at the French Open!
