Eseats.com took care of us when we it… Eseats.com took care of us when we it really counted! The day before we were scheduled to go to Roland Garros, we hadn’t received our tickets. Turns out there was an administrative error which happens. I rang up the owner and within an hour or so, as I sat along the Seine (literally) I got a call from Bob (the owner) explaining what had happened, and how he was going to fix it. I’d been pretty stressed I’ll admit. He went out on the open market and purchased two tickets that were an upgrade over the original tickets we’d purchased, just to make sure we were taken care of. Problem solved and then some! Thank you! We had an amazing experience at the French Open!

Eseats not only had the best prices on the best located seats but went the extra mile to be sure they were in the shade, best viewing, and walked me all the way through the process. late ticket delivery I purchased two tickets for the French Open the day before the event. Within hours of the order I informed eSeats that I would only be using one and to please list the other for sale. They failed to inform me that if the extra ticket wasn’t sold by midnight it was invalid. The next day I asked them to go ahead and send me the second ticket since it hadn’t sold, and this was when I was informed of that policy. A wasted ticket. Also, the ticket I purchased allowed me to enter Roland Garros at 11 am and there were several great matches going on. I had to email eSeats SEVERAL times to get my ticket, which was only sent around 2pm the day of the matches, causing me to miss all of that tennis that occurred prior to rain delay. And the markups are crazy— I found out tickets at the same level were available at the official French Open website for less than half of what I paid.

Due to covid our trip from Ireland for… Due to covid our trip from Ireland for the Kentucky Derby had to be postponed and subsequently cancelled. Through the whole process Bob & Debbie have been excellent communicating with me by e mail and telephone in real time. So reassuring and would give them 10/10 for customer service and communication. We ll definitely use their service again ( hopefully in 2021 if the world get back to normal )
