We bought tickets for the Miami Open… We bought tickets for the Miami Open tennis tournament from eseats. Bob is fabulous, he is very professional, courteous and efficient. ESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY
