ESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY

These guys are awesome! These guys are awesome!! Totally came through at the last minute. They are a US based company but can get tickets anywhere around the world to any event. I was in London and they were able to score me completely sold out Madonna tickets two hours before the show at a reasonable price. There phone app made it super easy too.The transaction went very smooth no problems at all quick and easy. Tickets were emailed to me and we were good to go. I had a wonderful experience with… I had a wonderful experience with purchasing tickets from eSeats. The app to select seats is very user-friendly and the purchasing process was very easy. When asking questions about tickets the team was extremely responsive to questions and resolved questions very timely. I even received a phone call follow up not just an email! The personalized experience was awesome. Thanks so much Bob for all of your help. I will definitely use eSeats again for any future ticket purchases.

AVOID! RUDE AND CARELESS I paid for one UCL Final ticket. They sent me a document to sign, which I did. Then they sent me an email to send a picture of my credit card from both side and a photo ID. I did. Then they ask me for my CVV number since I blurred it, I gave it to them. Then after all these verification they asked me to verify a small amount they charged to my card, here in Israel charges appear online after a few days, i told them that, then without further notice I receive a cancellation email!! I understand the risk of fraud but at this point its too much!! I believe they don't even have the tickets they list. STAY AWAY

Gold Standard Service Bucket List - Attend Kentucky Derby. Search for tickets, found eSeats.com - great price and even better service. Bob and Debbie went out of their way to answer questions quickly (at any time of day). Hello - COVID-19. Goodbye - 2020. So many unexpected challenges this year - with the Derby rescheduled, Bob to the rescue. I can't drink mint juleps in September - so Bob helped me consign the tickets. Derby with no-fans. Bob to the rescue again. While rescheduling and cancelling so many events, eSeats definitely felt the impact, however their customer service continued to exceed expectations.
