Eseats.com took care of us when we it… Eseats.com took care of us when we it really counted! The day before we were scheduled to go to Roland Garros, we hadn’t received our tickets. Turns out there was an administrative error which happens. I rang up the owner and within an hour or so, as I sat along the Seine (literally) I got a call from Bob (the owner) explaining what had happened, and how he was going to fix it. I’d been pretty stressed I’ll admit. He went out on the open market and purchased two tickets that were an upgrade over the original tickets we’d purchased, just to make sure we were taken care of.
