GBCovid made it tough, but eseats pulled through! Covid has really made it hard on everyone involved in live music performances this year. I had tickets to see BareNaked Ladies at the Mountain Winery in CA, and the tour was at first postponed, then cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Eseats was caught between the customer (me) and the tour company who handles the band's gigs, and for several months the tour had only been "postponed" (until next year!), which meant that eseats.com could not give me a refund. Just today, Bob contacted me and informed me that I have received a full refund! It took a while, but I am super happy with Bob and Debbie's commitment to getting this right.

ILAVOID! RUDE AND CARELESS I paid for one UCL Final ticket. They sent me a document to sign, which I did. Then they sent me an email to send a picture of my credit card from both side and a photo ID. I did. Then they ask me for my CVV number since I blurred it, I gave it to them. Then after all these verification they asked me to verify a small amount they charged to my card, here in Israel charges appear online after a few days, i told them that, then without further notice I receive a cancellation email!! I understand the risk of fraud but at this point its too much!! I believe they don't even have the tickets they list. STAY AWAY

GBGold Standard Service Bucket List - Attend Kentucky Derby. Search for tickets, found eSeats.com - great price and even better service. Bob and Debbie went out of their way to answer questions quickly (at any time of day). Hello - COVID-19. Goodbye - 2020. So many unexpected challenges this year - with the Derby rescheduled, Bob to the rescue. I can't drink mint juleps in September - so Bob helped me consign the tickets. Derby with no-fans. Bob to the rescue again. While rescheduling and cancelling so many events, eSeats definitely felt the impact, however their customer service continued to exceed expectations. Debbie and Bob - make it their business to ensure you have the VERY best experience, no matter what. Thank you!!

GBMy wife and I are celebrating an… My wife and I are celebrating an anniversary and wanted a great two days watching pro tennis at Paribas. Eseats not only had the best prices on the best located seats but went the extra mile to be sure they were in the shade, best viewing, and walked me all the way through the process.
