These guys are awesome! These guys are awesome!! Totally came through at the last minute. They are a US based company but can get tickets anywhere around the world to any event. I was in London and they were able to score me completely sold out Madonna tickets two hours before the show at a reasonable price. There phone app made it super easy too.The transaction went very smooth no problems at all quick and easy. Tickets were emailed to me and we were good to go. Fast and proactive assistance on my order! I heard that eSeats was very good through word of mouth so decided to give them a try for the first time. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the order at checkout but Bob called me proactively to confirm my order with me ensure me that everything went through ok despite the error and had his tech team investigate the initial issue I had. AVOID! RUDE AND CARELESS I paid for one UCL Final ticket. They sent me a document to sign, which I did. Then they sent me an email to send a picture of my credit card from both side and a photo ID. I did. Then they ask me for my CVV number since I blurred it, I gave it to them. Then after all these verification they asked me to verify a small amount they charged to my card, here in Israel charges appear online after a few days, i told them that, then without further notice I receive a cancellation email!! I understand the risk of fraud but at this point its too much!! I believe they don't even have the tickets they list. STAY AWAY
