I had a wonderful experience with… I had a wonderful experience with purchasing tickets from eSeats. The app to select seats is very user-friendly and the purchasing process was very easy. When asking questions about tickets the team was extremely responsive to questions and resolved questions very timely. I even received a phone call follow up not just an email! Due to covid our trip from Ireland for… Due to covid our trip from Ireland for the Kentucky Derby had to be postponed and subsequently cancelled. Through the whole process Bob & Debbie have been excellent communicating with me by e mail and telephone in real time. So reassuring and would give them 10/10 for customer service and communication. We ll definitely use their service again ( hopefully in 2021 if the world get back to normal )
