ESeats is A SCAM ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY

Bob, a terrific agent! Bob, an agent who travels to my home state of Montana helped me with our ticket order. Not only did he find us tickets to the US Open Tennis Tournament, he found us excellent seats. This will be our first time attending a professional tennis match, so we are rather excited. When asking questions about tickets the team was extremely responsive to questions and resolved questions very timely. I even received a phone call follow up not just an email!
