I was in London and they were able to score me completely sold out Madonna tickets two hours before the show at a reasonable price. We bought tickets for the Miami Open… We bought tickets for the Miami Open tennis tournament from eseats. Bob is fabulous, he is very professional, courteous and efficient. I greatly appreciated it when you stayed on the phone with me to ensure that our credit card went through. Our seats were perfect and our tickets arrived two days before the event. Covid made it tough, but eseats pulled through! Covid has really made it hard on everyone involved in live music performances this year. I had tickets to see BareNaked Ladies at the Mountain Winery in CA, and the tour was at first postponed, then cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Eseats was caught between the customer (me) and the tour company who handles the band's gigs, and for several months the tour had only been "postponed" (until next year!), which meant that eseats.com could not give me a refund. Just today, Bob contacted me and informed me that I have received a full refund! It took a while, but I am super happy with Bob and Debbie's commitment to getting this right.
