TRThere was a misunderstanding. They do fully refund. There was a misunderstanding. I had subscribed to something I didn't want without realizing it. When I asked for a refund, the customer representative I spoke to understood my situation and approved my full refund. They seem to have a nice system for those who want to use it regularly.

AUThey charged my credit card twice when… They charged my credit card twice when I have only authorised for one payment of USD13.67. I have not received a report either.

ITNEBULA ARE SCAMMERS They're absolute scammers! Stay away! Me like many others purchased only a report at the amount ot 1 eur. There were no emails that this is a subscription or any reminder that my trial is expiring. To my surprise yesterday, i saw a charge of 39,99 eur for a web subscription. Today i contacted their customer support. Received a response quite quickly from a guy called Oscar. In both emails, he was sending me some screenshots of emails, that supposedly i received and opened quite quickly after they've send them to me. It is obvious that they are very well prepared with response templates and authorizations of refunds... Please stay away. Such sites should be blocked and never allowed.
