Wonderful people to work with!… I had made an error in shat I purchased and once I contacted support they gave me a full refund. I was very happy with their quick and positive response and they were very thoughtful.

Their response was very empathetic I mistakenly signed up for an ongoing subscription which I would love to do but cannot afford to right now. The response to my request to cancel was lovely, it was quick and, they refunded that month’s DD. When I shared personal information to explain my confusion their response was very empathetic. All in all a lovely experience even though I can’t, for the moment, continue with them.
