TRThere was a misunderstanding. They do fully refund. There was a misunderstanding. I had subscribed to something I didn't want without realizing it. When I asked for a refund, the customer representative I spoke to understood my situation and approved my full refund. They seem to have a nice system for those who want to use it regularly.

GBTheir response was very empathetic I mistakenly signed up for an ongoing subscription which I would love to do but cannot afford to right now. The response to my request to cancel was lovely, it was quick and, they refunded that month’s DD. When I shared personal information to explain my confusion their response was very empathetic. All in all a lovely experience even though I can’t, for the moment, continue with them.
