TRThere was a misunderstanding. They do fully refund. There was a misunderstanding. I had subscribed to something I didn't want without realizing it. When I asked for a refund, the customer representative I spoke to understood my situation and approved my full refund. They seem to have a nice system for those who want to use it regularly.
