GBI am still waiting for my Bruce… I am still waiting for my Bruce Springsteen tickets for Thursday6 July. Emailed twice but just received a reply to follow the link that isn’t allowing me to download the tickets. Getting worried 3 July: without ANY communication from Lyte I had an email from AXS regarding my Bruce Springsteen tickets. All now downloaded. The lack communication from Lyte was disappointing to say the least and stressful. Had I been scammed. Would not recommend them to anyone.

GBGulf Coast Jam I'm a First Responder and was looking forward to attending the Gulf Coast Jam. I wasn't sure if I could purchase a ticket for my Husband & Mother for the First Responder discount. When I inquired about it there were three tickets available. When I finally received an answer the tickets were no longer available. Now I'm on a waiting list and haven't heard anything yet.

GBCustomer service After discovering an issue with resale tickets, Jazz certainly stayed on top if it and kept me informed! Today I got her email that everything is taken care of! She was amazing and I’m sure the staff must be as well!

GBGreat Customer Service! Jazz responded to my email within 24 hours and answered my question/request very clearly and concise. I wanted to upgrade my GA Sol Blume ticket to a VIP ticket and they were able to assist me with that very easily. They were a big help.
