Lyte- platform & people are amazing! Lyte-this platform and the people running the messaging team and customer service support was absolutely amazing. Our tickets were canceled because of my card and we missed the two hour window. Find a phone number to call them so I use the messaging platform and they responded back within minutes. we continue to email back-and-forth. It was resolved and luckily they were able to give us another opportunity to get the tickets! I was really prepared for a frustrating robot or a dead end answer. So pleasantly surprised about this platform and the Lyte team.

I can’t rave about this company enough I can’t rave about this company enough. It gave me the ability to get tickets to a sold out show without paying ridiculous scalper prices or having to worry about being scammed. I put in a ticket because initially when I tried to buy the tickets for an event there wasn’t an option to get in line live, I contacted support and Ryan got it fixed for me wicked fast and I got my ticket order filled a couple of weeks later!

I am still waiting for my Bruce… I am still waiting for my Bruce Springsteen tickets for Thursday6 July. Emailed twice but just received a reply to follow the link that isn’t allowing me to download the tickets. Getting worried 3 July: without ANY communication from Lyte I had an email from AXS regarding my Bruce Springsteen tickets. All now downloaded. The lack communication from Lyte was disappointing to say the least and stressful. Had I been scammed. Would not recommend them to anyone.
