GBMy son’s first MSU Football Game (Parking Pass in front of Spartan Stadium) Excellent experience! Mark’s Tickets came through for me huge! It was my son Ben’s first MSU football game and we got a parking pass from Mark that was right in front of Spartan Stadium. Mark (owner) delivered the parking pass ticket right to my office. Truly convenient! My son Ben had a great time and wants to go to more games!

GBYou cannot get through by phone to this… You cannot get through by phone to this company. They will not respond to an email. The voucher they gave me for reds tickets that I purchased last year expired yesterday. They were charging me 24$ a ticket to try and purchase new tickets. At the time they would not refund me my money which I was ok with, thinking I would purchase other tickets not knowing they were price gouging on fees. Once I was contacted by the company this was resolved very quickly and they were very helpful. Thank you.

GBMark's Tickets gamble paid off greatly! Never heard of Mark's Tickets before so it was a gamble on my part. But I was greatly surprised! I got great seats cheaper than any other ticket supplier. I now check Mark's Tickets 1st when looking for tickets to anything I am interested in.

GBWorst experience ever!! Worst experience ever!!! Do NOT buy tickets from these people! Bought JT tickets for my wifes 40th and he cancelled and when he rescheduled we are out of town. Ironically they do not not refund your money....TicketMaster would refund your money! Plus their fees are much more excessive than other sites. Marks tickets are a joke and should not be allowed to sell tickets! SCAM!!!!!!!

GBSUPERIOR Customer Service Superior Customer Service. Previously posted one star review and have come back to humbly correct that after the owner of the company contacted me and went out of his way to correct a problem that turned out to be Ticketmaster and not Mark’s Tickets at all. Once the issue was identified, Marks tickets worked for a couple weeks to remedy it which didn’t seem to be an easy task. I VERY MUCH appreciate that level of customer service and Marks Tickets VERY MUCH is a five star company!
