GBbeware: call concert venue before buying tickets The wife and I bought tickets to a concert in New Orleans shortly before a leaving to actually attend the concert. One arrival we found out the concert had been rescheduled. Frustrating part was our 1 hour drive there and back, $45 spent on an uber ride. I just wish we were not able to purchase tickets to a rescheduled concert in the first place. As customer service has told me, they aren't always aware of all cancelled/rescheduled concerts in time and they were unable to assist with any ticket refund or travel inconveniences.

GBYou cannot get through by phone to this… You cannot get through by phone to this company. They will not respond to an email. The voucher they gave me for reds tickets that I purchased last year expired yesterday. They were charging me 24$ a ticket to try and purchase new tickets. At the time they would not refund me my money which I was ok with, thinking I would purchase other tickets not knowing they were price gouging on fees. Once I was contacted by the company this was resolved very quickly and they were very helpful. Thank you.

GBTickets were everything as promised… Tickets were everything as promised delivered on time, Prices were competitive and there were many seating options. I was skeptical at first shopping on line, but I am sold on Mark’s now. Great service.

GBAlways an easy and hassle free… Always an easy and hassle free experience purchasing with Mark’s Tickets. Always very timely and have never had any issues in 10 ticket orders for various events at various venues. Mark’s is almost always cheaper than all other sites and is my go-to for tickets!👍🏼

GBSUPERIOR Customer Service Superior Customer Service. Previously posted one star review and have come back to humbly correct that after the owner of the company contacted me and went out of his way to correct a problem that turned out to be Ticketmaster and not Mark’s Tickets at all. Once the issue was identified, Marks tickets worked for a couple weeks to remedy it which didn’t seem to be an easy task. I VERY MUCH appreciate that level of customer service and Marks Tickets VERY MUCH is a five star company!
