Previously posted one star review and have come back to humbly correct that after the owner of the company contacted me and went out of his way to correct a problem that turned out to be Ticketmaster and not Mark’s Tickets at all. Once the issue was identified, Marks tickets worked for a couple weeks to remedy it which didn’t seem to be an easy task. I VERY MUCH appreciate that level of customer service and Marks Tickets VERY MUCH is a five star company!

GBAlways an easy and hassle free… Always an easy and hassle free experience purchasing with Mark’s Tickets. Always very timely and have never had any issues in 10 ticket orders for various events at various venues. Mark’s is almost always cheaper than all other sites and is my go-to for tickets!👍🏼

GBI was honestly not sure if this ticket… I was honestly not sure if this ticket website could be a scam or not, but I got the tickets to Kenny Chesney cheaper than buying them through the actual venue itself. Don't know how they did it, but I'm a customer and will continue to use them!

GBA positive experience The tickets I bought through Mark's Tickets were genuine and their selection was a good as other secondary markets. My only complaint was that I thought their "service charge" was on the excessive side. But I knew that when I purchased the tickets and I bought them anyway.

GBMy son’s first MSU Football Game (Parking Pass in front of Spartan Stadium) Excellent experience! Mark’s Tickets came through for me huge! It was my son Ben’s first MSU football game and we got a parking pass from Mark that was right in front of Spartan Stadium. Mark (owner) delivered the parking pass ticket right to my office. Truly convenient! My son Ben had a great time and wants to go to more games!
