GBbeware: call concert venue before buying tickets The wife and I bought tickets to a concert in New Orleans shortly before a leaving to actually attend the concert. One arrival we found out the concert had been rescheduled. Frustrating part was our 1 hour drive there and back, $45 spent on an uber ride. I just wish we were not able to purchase tickets to a rescheduled concert in the first place. As customer service has told me, they aren't always aware of all cancelled/rescheduled concerts in time and they were unable to assist with any ticket refund or travel inconveniences.

GBMark's Tickets has a great service Mark's Tickets has a great service. Availability of tickets is always awesome. The only real issue I have is the excessive amount they charge for service fee's/taxes, etc. (add-on charges). That charge has stopped at least 5-6 concert purchases over the last 6 months. Otherwise great service.

GBWhat's up with the ticket transfer fees? I've bought from Mark's Tickets three times without any issues at all. The ticket transfer fees are very high, but I'm not sure if Mark's Tickets is taking a cut of those or if that's just what the seller is charging. It would be nice to see what that charge is going to be before I make my order, but if it seems to horrible, I guess I have the right not to finalize the order.

GBA positive experience The tickets I bought through Mark's Tickets were genuine and their selection was a good as other secondary markets. My only complaint was that I thought their "service charge" was on the excessive side. But I knew that when I purchased the tickets and I bought them anyway.
