Highly recommend I was a little nervous, since some of the reviews showed that people didn't receive their tickets until after the event, and I was spending over $200 for Hamilton Tickets! But I got my tickets with plenty of time for the show, and much more affordable than other ticket sites! Highly recommend.

My son’s first MSU Football Game (Parking Pass in front of Spartan Stadium) Excellent experience! Mark’s Tickets came through for me huge! It was my son Ben’s first MSU football game and we got a parking pass from Mark that was right in front of Spartan Stadium. Mark (owner) delivered the parking pass ticket right to my office. Truly convenient! My son Ben had a great time and wants to go to more games!

What's up with the ticket transfer fees? I've bought from Mark's Tickets three times without any issues at all. The ticket transfer fees are very high, but I'm not sure if Mark's Tickets is taking a cut of those or if that's just what the seller is charging. It would be nice to see what that charge is going to be before I make my order, but if it seems to horrible, I guess I have the right not to finalize the order.

Tickets not as desribed, no customer service Made a ticket purchase but afterwards discovers that the ticket are not for the category that they showed in. No way to talk to anyone to get them to correct issue. Same tickets still for sale in wrong/misleasding category. called 4 times and could not get through to person, just told to call back closer to event, which is in 3 months 2/2022 UPDATE SURPRISE NO TICKETS...

Two NFL tickets never delivered I purchased two tickets on Aug 21 for a Sept 15th NFL game and paid just under $400. The tickets then came from Ticketmaster and I was told I needed to contact a third company, my ticket tracker to resolve the issue of my ticket transfer. To make a long story short, I spent 6+ hours on the phone Saturday and Sunday before showing up to the game at noon with no tickets sent. I wasn't able to use the tickets I purchased because they were double sold, I even spoke with the people in the seats I purchased and they confirmed they had tickets for same seats from another third party vendor.
