beware: call concert venue before buying tickets The wife and I bought tickets to a concert in New Orleans shortly before a leaving to actually attend the concert. One arrival we found out the concert had been rescheduled. Frustrating part was our 1 hour drive there and back, $45 spent on an uber ride. I just wish we were not able to purchase tickets to a rescheduled concert in the first place. As customer service has told me, they aren't always aware of all cancelled/rescheduled concerts in time and they were unable to assist with any ticket refund or travel inconveniences.

What's up with the ticket transfer fees? I've bought from Mark's Tickets three times without any issues at all. The ticket transfer fees are very high, but I'm not sure if Mark's Tickets is taking a cut of those or if that's just what the seller is charging. It would be nice to see what that charge is going to be before I make my order, but if it seems to horrible, I guess I have the right not to finalize the order.

Two NFL tickets never delivered I purchased two tickets on Aug 21 for a Sept 15th NFL game and paid just under $400. The tickets then came from Ticketmaster and I was told I needed to contact a third company, my ticket tracker to resolve the issue of my ticket transfer. To make a long story short, I spent 6+ hours on the phone Saturday and Sunday before showing up to the game at noon with no tickets sent. I wasn't able to use the tickets I purchased because they were double sold, I even spoke with the people in the seats I purchased and they confirmed they had tickets for same seats from another third party vendor.

You cannot get through by phone to this… You cannot get through by phone to this company. They will not respond to an email. The voucher they gave me for reds tickets that I purchased last year expired yesterday. They were charging me 24$ a ticket to try and purchase new tickets. At the time they would not refund me my money which I was ok with, thinking I would purchase other tickets not knowing they were price gouging on fees. Once I was contacted by the company this was resolved very quickly and they were very helpful. Thank you.

I have used Mark's twice and feel I… I have used Mark's twice and feel I received good value for my tickets. My only item of constructive criticism is it took longer than I expected to receive the tickets (e-tickets), maybe if you kept me updated while I waited, I would have felt more comfortable.
