My son’s first MSU Football Game (Parking Pass in front of Spartan Stadium) Excellent experience! Mark’s Tickets came through for me huge! It was my son Ben’s first MSU football game and we got a parking pass from Mark that was right in front of Spartan Stadium. Mark (owner) delivered the parking pass ticket right to my office. Truly convenient! My son Ben had a great time and wants to go to more games!

Two NFL tickets never delivered I purchased two tickets on Aug 21 for a Sept 15th NFL game and paid just under $400. The tickets then came from Ticketmaster and I was told I needed to contact a third company, my ticket tracker to resolve the issue of my ticket transfer. To make a long story short, I spent 6+ hours on the phone Saturday and Sunday before showing up to the game at noon with no tickets sent. I wasn't able to use the tickets I purchased because they were double sold, I even spoke with the people in the seats I purchased and they confirmed they had tickets for same seats from another third party vendor.

Mark's Tickets gamble paid off greatly! Never heard of Mark's Tickets before so it was a gamble on my part. But I was greatly surprised! I got great seats cheaper than any other ticket supplier. I now check Mark's Tickets 1st when looking for tickets to anything I am interested in.

Tickets were everything as promised… Tickets were everything as promised delivered on time, Prices were competitive and there were many seating options. I was skeptical at first shopping on line, but I am sold on Mark’s now. Great service.

The only real issue I have is the excessive amount they charge for service fee's/taxes, etc. (add-on charges). That charge has stopped at least 5-6 concert purchases over the last 6 months. Otherwise great service.
