GBbeware: call concert venue before buying tickets The wife and I bought tickets to a concert in New Orleans shortly before a leaving to actually attend the concert. One arrival we found out the concert had been rescheduled. Frustrating part was our 1 hour drive there and back, $45 spent on an uber ride. I just wish we were not able to purchase tickets to a rescheduled concert in the first place. As customer service has told me, they aren't always aware of all cancelled/rescheduled concerts in time and they were unable to assist with any ticket refund or travel inconveniences.

GBSUPERIOR Customer Service Superior Customer Service. Previously posted one star review and have come back to humbly correct that after the owner of the company contacted me and went out of his way to correct a problem that turned out to be Ticketmaster and not Mark’s Tickets at all. Once the issue was identified, Marks tickets worked for a couple weeks to remedy it which didn’t seem to be an easy task. I VERY MUCH appreciate that level of customer service and Marks Tickets VERY MUCH is a five star company!

GBHighly recommend I was a little nervous, since some of the reviews showed that people didn't receive their tickets until after the event, and I was spending over $200 for Hamilton Tickets! But I got my tickets with plenty of time for the show, and much more affordable than other ticket sites! Highly recommend.

GBFirst Time Using Mark's Tickets (awesome experience) By far the most inexpensive tickets I found for Kenny Chesney in Denver and I received my tickets within 20 minutes and placed them right in my Apple Wallet. Huge Fan of Mark's Tickets now.

GBI have used Mark's twice and feel I… I have used Mark's twice and feel I received good value for my tickets. My only item of constructive criticism is it took longer than I expected to receive the tickets (e-tickets), maybe if you kept me updated while I waited, I would have felt more comfortable.
