Parking pass sold with wrong information Leo in Chicago who sold parking ticket said parking pass for yellow lot for today's Houston Rodeo event would be available for pickup by noon. John in customer service said that MIGHT be possible BUT seller has 2 hour before an event to make tickets available. I would not have purchased the parking pass if that were told to me by Leo as I plan to enter the venue much before the entertainment event at 6:45.

Will use again Went to the NASCAR race and did the mobile ticket transfer, I was nervous cuz I tried it before through a different company and it didnt work. Ticketcity was amazing. If I emailed them concerned they contacted me back within 2 days, and I actually got my tickets this year a week before the event instead of the day before. I will be using ticketcity again.

Awful Experience with Ticket Awful experience! After 43 days I still did not have my tickets. On line was only offered via chat. The on line help number sends you back to chat. After contacting CC company to cancel they provided a phone number from the CC statement. Still no response, still no resolution.
