USAwful Experience with Ticket Awful experience! After 43 days I still did not have my tickets. On line was only offered via chat. The on line help number sends you back to chat. After contacting CC company to cancel they provided a phone number from the CC statement. Still no response, still no resolution.

USGot to Attend a Concert I thought I Couldn't Afford I researched tickets for a major concert that I really wanted to attend for my birthday. TicketCity had the best priced service fees that brought the tickets and fee cost in at the best when totaled together. The tickets were sent over quickly and when I had difficulty "retrieving" the tickets electronically the customer service team was even in at 6pm on a Sunday evening and solved my issue quickly and politely.

USInaccurate Information About Ticket Delivery The representative on the phone was really nice. But he incorrectly told us our ticket would be deliver via email and we would use a QR code for entry. I asked three times if that was the case and he assured me it was. Then we found out from another rep that called that was not the case, and we had to go pick it up at a local shipping store. Please ensure the reps give out accurate instructions.

USI got my Refund with no Hassles! The site that transfers your tickets went down an hour before the game, so I couldn't get my $579 UT vs Alabama tickets, and had to scalp some tickets to get in. I made one phone call Ticket City and they gave me a refund, I was very impressed that they did and was worried that they wouldn't. Ticket City has a loyal customer going forward.
