GBGood experience Good experience. No trouble getting the tickets. No trouble getting into the event. But why the conflicting messages about whether or not an e-ticket was enough or that I had to print my ticket out?

GBWe got our tickets a hours before game We got our tickets a hours before game. I ordered these 4 months before game. 2 days before i was chatting with customer service. They assured me that my tickets would be emailed me before the game. This is a SCAM. They wait until it’s too late to see that they sent the wrong seats. Never again!!! These were not the seats we paid for. We went to Washington to see Nationals v/s Phillies. My grandsons first mlb game. The tickets we got was for the last top row in stadium. We ordered and paid for tickets for the 200 section not 400. We had to buy more tickets and we were able to be in section 100 a few feet from field. Oh and they were cheaper that the bogus tickets we received. BEWARE!!

GBRip Off - Triple Their Own Price RIP OFF - Should be 0 or negative stars Bought tickets to performance through them by mistake as I was unable to get to the venue directly on my phone. It turned out that they changed double the cost of the venue and with their added fees it came to more than triple the cost. They then went out and bought the tickets directly from the venue (either themselves or via another party) at the normal official prices and sent them to us. I was able to go to the venue directly and saw what happened. They had no tickets in advance. We saw the same seats as being available earlier and then sold. I contacted Ticketcity but no refund as they said the tickets had already been purchased. This is how they do business and I was their mark. I will make sure NEVER to use them again.

GBGood But Need Better Communication Would have been 5-stars except our tickets didn't go into my Ticketmaster account as expected. They landed in my U.S. Open account which woud have been fine if TicketCity would have communicated this. When I contacted them for help in locating the transferred tickets, they were helpful but even their agents didn't know where the tickets were. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Ticketmaster and U.S. Open trying to locate the transferred tickets. Just need better communciation upfront.
