I got my Refund with no Hassles! The site that transfers your tickets went down an hour before the game, so I couldn't get my $579 UT vs Alabama tickets, and had to scalp some tickets to get in. I made one phone call Ticket City and they gave me a refund, I was very impressed that they did and was worried that they wouldn't. Ticket City has a loyal customer going forward.

We purchased tickets from TicketCity… We purchased tickets from TicketCity who sold us bogus tickets from a suite owner at Ball Arena in Denver. The owner of the suite is only allowed to sell tickets to Ball Arena or Ticket Masters. The suite owner over sold the tickets thru TicketCity but doubled the ticket amount. They’re were about 8 people or more that got scammed. Ball arena let us in but suggested we file a scam report with our Credit Card. TicketCity you should be more aware of who your doing business with.

Elton John in Charleston Very good concert. Two and a half hours of non-stop hit after hit. It was a very good venue with an Intimate setting. I felt the fees for the ticket, at least to me, exorbitant. Transportation to the venue (by bus) was good but it could have been better organized bussing folks back to their vehicles.
