They charge double than normal price and huge convenience fees I wish there was option to give negative stars. They charge almost double price for all the tickets they sell and then there is a huge convenience fee they charge. I booked concert tickets from their website for double price and when i came to know that they are charging so much just to fill their own pockets i contacted the customer support and they told me that ticket price depends on multiple factors. Okay Sir, i believe they do but why are other ticket services not affected by this factor and its only you? Anyway, there are so many other better and reasonable websites out there that no one will ever need to buy any kind of tickets from premiumseatsusa.

Ordered the Diamond VIP package… Ordered the Diamond VIP package thinking it would provide the best possible seats plus merchandise, etc. We got seats way back in orchestra. My brother in law got great seats ahead of us for less than half the price. We never got any merchandise, just the disappointing tickets. Anyone other than these folks would be your best bet.

Country Late Night CMA’s After Party Country Late Night: CMA’s After Party was amazing. We had so much fun. The Ultra VIP evening exceeded our expectations. Morgan Alexander is so,so good! He sang such a variety of music! I could listen to him all night! Lindsay Elle was very talented. Ole Red is a perfect venue. The staff was most attentive and made the night very memorable! 🤠❤️
