Bought tickets to Harry Styles and it says Harry Styles throughout until you pay and get an email then tickets are to some group called Sales. They admitted they know it's happening but won't do anything about it. Knowingly committing FRAUD!!!!

Smooth!! Would highly recommend The experience was smooth!! No issues with receiving what I paid for. No issues with reservations. Only issue, after I bought my tickets I received my confirmation, then nothing for almost a month.

Joke of a VIP experience We spent several thousand dollars for the VIP experience for George Strait and Chris Stapleton Concert. Obviously the event was post-poned multiple times but no credit option was ever available. The VIP experience was literally a reservation at Crave restaurant, at 2pm in the afternoon, with a BRUNCH menu only! We were given a pre-paid card to spend $400 on food & drinks for 4 peoples at 2pm off of a BRUNCH menu!! What a joke. Only domestic beer options, no IPA, no local brew, every drink we asked for was unavailable. There was no pre-party, we appeared to be 1 of maybe 4 small groups dining separately eating breakfast food as our VIP experience. The “official” George Strait swag was literally a cheep, thin duffel bag, bottle opener, & poster & cheap ball cap . This might have made a 12 year old happy….probably not even. We paid $3000 per couple for this pathetic, despicable VIP package. Seats were row 13 to the far left of stage. Decent seats but the entire package was a joke! Run, don’t waste your money.

Feeling Ripped Off… I bought a expensive package for MJ The Musical that was to have included premium orchestra seats. To my surprise, my seats were 2 rows from the very back of the theatre. I would not trust this company to fulfill a promise of premium seating for any event in the future
