Ifly 1/10 under new idiot management by kids Ifly 1/10 under new idiot managements. I’m a pro flyer. Torture of one hour to check in which caused two missed 10 minute flights. Flights were for 1 1/2 of time but it took 7 hours to finish . Unorganized kids running show. All great ex employees fled but one who is a scammer. Staff gets commission on flights so they decrease wind speed so you fail and need to ask for more time . $$$$$$. Toilets, floors filthy, all lockers broken, poor peripheral instructions causing injuries in tunnel. $1200 per hour for complete disorganization of hours of delays.

What a complete waste of Time & Money #️⃣ RIP OFF We paid £58 for us to spend about 90 seconds between us in the chamber then to be told that we'd need to spend another £10 each to do a spin and go to the top of the chamber which lasted about 5 seconds. £78 in total it's a complete Rip Off! How these places manage to continue operating who are effectively ripping off people is beyond me. Suffice to say I'd wish I'd read the reviews first and that's my fault. My advice is save your money, advoid the disappointment and spend your money somewhere else or better still give it to charity, you'll feel more satisfied.

Condescending manager Just spoke to a person who claimed he was the manager about email i just received to upgrade my experience. He was rude, condescending and just unprofessional. We haven’t even had the flying experience yet. This is a surprise for my daughter. Now there is no refund. I can only hope they provide a good experience for her and her friends. Very disappointing way to start her birthday.

These guys are rip-off artists These guys are rip-off artists. Their online deal: 4 flights for $80 (already pricey) turns into "if you want to fly higher than 6 feet, you must pay more). Hey –– the entertainment value is OK –– but trying to suckerpunch customers is not cool at all.

Very expensive Very expensive, you pay £58, for someone to hold you for 2 minutes, then if you really want to fly higher than 1 meter, you have to pay £20 extra, but wait, it's within your 2 minutes allowance. A rip off. Also the guy who do the highfly, is extremely rude, he passed by me, nearly knocked my phone off my hands, no apologies, just went downstairs.
