Received my tickets the day before the… Received my tickets the day before the event! Everything was great. Newsflash sideline passes are not the same as tickets into the game! But sensational did everything else they said they'd do.

Another Bad Idea As like alot of the other reviews could not download tickets kept get error message saying it was not a secure site. Called several time on phone but was on hold listing to the dread elevator music for over 30 mins. Did get responds 10 mins before game started (but bought scaped tickets already) with instruction on the download from another party. My recommendation is that Sensational Seat fires their third party company and hands it in house. They way you would get better reviews. Myself I will NOT use or recommend your company again. Link for tickets would not work Sent link to download digital tickets, but clicking the link produced an error page that said, "This connection is not private." I tried two different browsers while signed into a secure, password protected network. Also tried on my cell phone and got the same error message. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company.

Not bad Unfortunately, some of its employees do not explain things as well as they should. I finally, was able to contact an employee that had a better understanding of the company. She did an amazing job at putting me to ease and fix the issues I had.

Sensational Seats Saved The Day When 'Hamilton' rolled in to our city (yes.... 'Hamilton': Famous for huge demand and low supply) I set my alarm, was online early, got in the virtual line for the venue box office, waited and waited.... and STILL did not get tix. Luckily, Sensational Seats saved the day. They had plenty of good seats to choose from. Ordering was fast and easy, (their website is a dream to use) and I received my tickets when they said I would. My Hamilton-loving 11 year old, her friend, my mom, and I absolutely loved the show, and we're so thankful for Sensational Seats!
