Details of pick-up and return were shady It was not presented anywhere during my purchase that these tickets would not be available at the venue. It also was not explained that they were required to be returned the night of the event, immediately after. If I had known of these details, we would not have purchased these particular tickets. Some convenience would be appreciated for spending this amount of money.

Second Time Purchase The second time this baseball season I've purchased my tickets from Sensational Seats. The process is easy, simple and legitimate. I've been very pleased with the seats and being able to print my tickets immediately. Next Ranger game we'll be back to Sensational Seats for tickets!

One of two tickets didn't work. Tickets were easy to get but when we got to the gate only one ticket work, the other said it was canceled. We had bribe the lady at the gate to let us in, good thing there was assigned seats at this concert. Not only did they cost us an extra $100( in top of the 30+ dollars in fees per ticket), but the embrassment of trying to scramble to get 2 people in the concert with one ticket. I will most likely not be using this site again.

It worked It worked! I had a crazy experience going into Radiohead show, I was short two tickets with only an hour before showtime at a VERY sold out show. I was skeptical at first but I found two tickets on Sensational Seats. I usually use other ticket agencies....but noone else had a pair left so debated then bought them. While I walked around the venue looking for tickets, I got a text from the ticket owners and they gave me instructions on how to pick up the Gift card at a local 24/7 Fed Ex store. I was able to walk to gain entry and the tickets to Radiohead. It worked! I'd buy from them again for sure...

Pretty bad experience... 1. very sneaky as they offer a lower price than the competition and then tack on costs by saying "ticket prices just increased". I tried this 3 times and it happened every time... 2. I bought tickets in the morning of a 1pm game and spent more than an hour trying to get in touch with Sensational Seats/Ticketmaster/Yankees why they had not been transferred to my Ticketmaster app. Finally ended up going to the stadium and getting print outs there but ended up missing an hour of the game...
