Buyer Beware... Buyer Beware.... purchased 2 tickets for Elton John concert in Boston for a gift for someone who had suffer the loss of their daughter. Only to get to the venue and be told that the tickets were no good. Trying to turn a negative into something positive only to be deceived by Sensational Seats. I'm guessing that the postive reviews are self-initiated by Sensational Seats. Sad state of affairs where people/companies/businesses deceived fellow humans for monitary gains. Fantastic customer service! Everything about my buying experience was great! They called me immediately after my purchase to let me know there was a fraud alert on my credit card, and then followed up several times to make sure the rest of my ticket purchase went smoothly. I was a little apprehensive at first, since I had never heard of Sensational Seats before, but their customer service was over the top.

My 1 st ticket purchase for tickets to Monster Jam in Houston, Tx Inspokewith a Super sweet and helpful lady , did not get or remember her name but do exalt " My Ticket Angel" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! She wet on and beyond, made the process very easy. Got my email notification of purchase and thN received my stickers. Highly recommend , very satisfied!

Pretty bad experience... 1. very sneaky as they offer a lower price than the competition and then tack on costs by saying "ticket prices just increased". I tried this 3 times and it happened every time... 2. I bought tickets in the morning of a 1pm game and spent more than an hour trying to get in touch with Sensational Seats/Ticketmaster/Yankees why they had not been transferred to my Ticketmaster app. Finally ended up going to the stadium and getting print outs there but ended up missing an hour of the game...

Post Malone I can't say I have any complaints about the process of getting the tickets that went smooth. I think it would be nice to be able to choose my seat numbers but I might be asking the impossible. The complaint I would have would be with the fees all ticket sellers have relatively similar fees but in the end Sensational Seats did great.
