GBDetails of pick-up and return were shady It was not presented anywhere during my purchase that these tickets would not be available at the venue. It also was not explained that they were required to be returned the night of the event, immediately after. If I had known of these details, we would not have purchased these particular tickets. Some convenience would be appreciated for spending this amount of money.

GBFantastic customer service! Everything about my buying experience was great! They called me immediately after my purchase to let me know there was a fraud alert on my credit card, and then followed up several times to make sure the rest of my ticket purchase went smoothly. I was a little apprehensive at first, since I had never heard of Sensational Seats before, but their customer service was over the top.

GBPretty bad experience... 1. very sneaky as they offer a lower price than the competition and then tack on costs by saying "ticket prices just increased". I tried this 3 times and it happened every time... 2. I bought tickets in the morning of a 1pm game and spent more than an hour trying to get in touch with Sensational Seats/Ticketmaster/Yankees why they had not been transferred to my Ticketmaster app. Finally ended up going to the stadium and getting print outs there but ended up missing an hour of the game...

GBLink for tickets would not work Sent link to download digital tickets, but clicking the link produced an error page that said, "This connection is not private." I tried two different browsers while signed into a secure, password protected network. Also tried on my cell phone and got the same error message. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company.

GBAnother Bad Idea As like alot of the other reviews could not download tickets kept get error message saying it was not a secure site. Called several time on phone but was on hold listing to the dread elevator music for over 30 mins. Did get responds 10 mins before game started (but bought scaped tickets already) with instruction on the download from another party. My recommendation is that Sensational Seat fires their third party company and hands it in house. They way you would get better reviews. Myself I will NOT use or recommend your company again.
