GBNot bad Unfortunately, some of its employees do not explain things as well as they should. I finally, was able to contact an employee that had a better understanding of the company. She did an amazing job at putting me to ease and fix the issues I had.

GBBuyer Beware... Buyer Beware.... purchased 2 tickets for Elton John concert in Boston for a gift for someone who had suffer the loss of their daughter. Only to get to the venue and be told that the tickets were no good. Trying to turn a negative into something positive only to be deceived by Sensational Seats. I'm guessing that the postive reviews are self-initiated by Sensational Seats. Sad state of affairs where people/companies/businesses deceived fellow humans for monitary gains. GBSensational Seats Saved The Day When 'Hamilton' rolled in to our city (yes.... 'Hamilton': Famous for huge demand and low supply) I set my alarm, was online early, got in the virtual line for the venue box office, waited and waited.... and STILL did not get tix. Luckily, Sensational Seats saved the day. They had plenty of good seats to choose from. Ordering was fast and easy, (their website is a dream to use) and I received my tickets when they said I would. My Hamilton-loving 11 year old, her friend, my mom, and I absolutely loved the show, and we're so thankful for Sensational Seats!

GBWe ended up purchasing ADA seats We ended up purchasing ADA seats. While the listing mentioned ADA accessible it did not further explain set up. The overall set up did not work for us. Sensational Seats did little to nothing to help us except tell us they would engage the seller. I never heard back. Pretty disappointing interaction with Sensational Seats. Thankfully the sponsoring team helped us with a ticket seat exchange. I wish the posting was more clear and Sensational Seats did more to help us find a solution. I thank the team we are going to see for helping us out.

GBAnother Bad Idea As like alot of the other reviews could not download tickets kept get error message saying it was not a secure site. Called several time on phone but was on hold listing to the dread elevator music for over 30 mins. Did get responds 10 mins before game started (but bought scaped tickets already) with instruction on the download from another party. My recommendation is that Sensational Seat fires their third party company and hands it in house. They way you would get better reviews. Myself I will NOT use or recommend your company again.
