Sensational Seats did little to nothing to help us except tell us they would engage the seller. I never heard back. Pretty disappointing interaction with Sensational Seats. Thankfully the sponsoring team helped us with a ticket seat exchange. I wish the posting was more clear and Sensational Seats did more to help us find a solution. I thank the team we are going to see for helping us out.

Second Time Purchase The second time this baseball season I've purchased my tickets from Sensational Seats. The process is easy, simple and legitimate. I've been very pleased with the seats and being able to print my tickets immediately. Next Ranger game we'll be back to Sensational Seats for tickets!

Pretty bad experience... 1. very sneaky as they offer a lower price than the competition and then tack on costs by saying "ticket prices just increased". I tried this 3 times and it happened every time... 2. I bought tickets in the morning of a 1pm game and spent more than an hour trying to get in touch with Sensational Seats/Ticketmaster/Yankees why they had not been transferred to my Ticketmaster app. Finally ended up going to the stadium and getting print outs there but ended up missing an hour of the game...

Link for tickets would not work Sent link to download digital tickets, but clicking the link produced an error page that said, "This connection is not private." I tried two different browsers while signed into a secure, password protected network. Also tried on my cell phone and got the same error message. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company.

Post Malone I can't say I have any complaints about the process of getting the tickets that went smooth. I think it would be nice to be able to choose my seat numbers but I might be asking the impossible. The complaint I would have would be with the fees all ticket sellers have relatively similar fees but in the end Sensational Seats did great.
