GBDetails of pick-up and return were shady It was not presented anywhere during my purchase that these tickets would not be available at the venue. It also was not explained that they were required to be returned the night of the event, immediately after. If I had known of these details, we would not have purchased these particular tickets. Some convenience would be appreciated for spending this amount of money.

GBBuyer Beware... Buyer Beware.... purchased 2 tickets for Elton John concert in Boston for a gift for someone who had suffer the loss of their daughter. Only to get to the venue and be told that the tickets were no good. Trying to turn a negative into something positive only to be deceived by Sensational Seats. I'm guessing that the postive reviews are self-initiated by Sensational Seats. Sad state of affairs where people/companies/businesses deceived fellow humans for monitary gains. GBDON'T BUY TIX FROM HERE! DON'T BUY TIX FROM HERE! There was a $100 unseen processing fee that I never saw until it came out of my account. I called the customer service phone number & an obnoxious, very unenthusiastic lady answered the phone. When I explained to her my issue she rudely retorted, "All sales are final." Do not buy from this whack sales site. Ever. For any reason.

GBGreedy, Overpriced Hidden Fees The "convenience" fees, "delivery" fees and all the other hidden fees are ridiculous. Seriously, an actual delivery fee for emailing me my tickets? You've gotta be freaking kidding me. Also, the other fees change depending on the price of the ticket. That's just garbage and just plain greedy, just like that atrocious "delivery" fee. Make the fee a single, standard flat fee , regardless of the ticket price. And the increasing prices of those fees are beginning to make using Sensational Seats obsolete. In other words, I'd rather just go directly to the box office for the event I want to attend because I'd only be saving a couple dollars buying the tickets online. And I'm seriously talking about only a couple of dollars. With such little savings, I'll just go directly to the box office and not feel like I'm getting ripped off, thanks.

GBNot bad Unfortunately, some of its employees do not explain things as well as they should. I finally, was able to contact an employee that had a better understanding of the company. She did an amazing job at putting me to ease and fix the issues I had.
