Sensational Seats Saved The Day When 'Hamilton' rolled in to our city (yes.... 'Hamilton': Famous for huge demand and low supply) I set my alarm, was online early, got in the virtual line for the venue box office, waited and waited.... and STILL did not get tix. Luckily, Sensational Seats saved the day. They had plenty of good seats to choose from. Ordering was fast and easy, (their website is a dream to use) and I received my tickets when they said I would. My Hamilton-loving 11 year old, her friend, my mom, and I absolutely loved the show, and we're so thankful for Sensational Seats!

Greedy, Overpriced Hidden Fees The "convenience" fees, "delivery" fees and all the other hidden fees are ridiculous. Seriously, an actual delivery fee for emailing me my tickets? You've gotta be freaking kidding me. Also, the other fees change depending on the price of the ticket. That's just garbage and just plain greedy, just like that atrocious "delivery" fee. Make the fee a single, standard flat fee , regardless of the ticket price. And the increasing prices of those fees are beginning to make using Sensational Seats obsolete. In other words, I'd rather just go directly to the box office for the event I want to attend because I'd only be saving a couple dollars buying the tickets online. And I'm seriously talking about only a couple of dollars. With such little savings, I'll just go directly to the box office and not feel like I'm getting ripped off, thanks.

.Bs prices. Super. super high outrageous fees per each ticket purchased. If you press complete my order. You will be charged a ton of extra money. .So please review order before you hit complete my purchase. And make a decision. You will be SCREWED. Too much 💲💲👎👎 More than the actual ticket price. It worked It worked! I had a crazy experience going into Radiohead show, I was short two tickets with only an hour before showtime at a VERY sold out show. I was skeptical at first but I found two tickets on Sensational Seats. I usually use other ticket agencies....but noone else had a pair left so debated then bought them. While I walked around the venue looking for tickets, I got a text from the ticket owners and they gave me instructions on how to pick up the Gift card at a local 24/7 Fed Ex store. I was able to walk to gain entry and the tickets to Radiohead. It worked! I'd buy from them again for sure...

Another Bad Idea As like alot of the other reviews could not download tickets kept get error message saying it was not a secure site. Called several time on phone but was on hold listing to the dread elevator music for over 30 mins. Did get responds 10 mins before game started (but bought scaped tickets already) with instruction on the download from another party. My recommendation is that Sensational Seat fires their third party company and hands it in house. They way you would get better reviews. Myself I will NOT use or recommend your company again.
