Price is not the same The price which I booked here is the displayed the same in enterprise and they are not giving for the same price. They are charging their own price. It's not useful booking from Beneplace.

WORST experience, STAY AWAY Purchased flight ticket in Morning & wanted to change/cancel. Been on call since 1 hour waiting. I think they will deliberately try to have me cross 24 hr timeline so they could charge me. WORST experience ever. Will be recommending our leadership team to get rid of them.

Beneplace Reply Beneplace replied to my 1st review by asking me to contact their Company. In doing so, rep Bryan would not understand my problem asking several times was I trying to purchase something. Per Bryan, Supervisors are in a meeting. They refuse to properly account my transaction as hotel/lodging, rather than merchandise. Therefore I am losing points on my Capitalone Credit Card. Both refuse to correct their wrong as said in the last review. Beneplace - code transactions properly and stop lazy, misguided accounting practices.

Email recognition problems it took me at least a dozen tries to get the system to recognize any of my email addresses in order to complete my order for a rental car. I almost gave up, but the pricing was too good. it would only recognize my g-mail. thankfully I already had one. Comcast emails are not recognized, nor are yahoo ones or my private business or my KP address. This was beyond frustrating.
