CAPrice is not the same The price which I booked here is the displayed the same in enterprise and they are not giving for the same price. They are charging their own price. It's not useful booking from Beneplace.

USNO flow at checkout There was NO flow at checkout. Despite the lag time with connecting PayPal, I still had to use my credit card and not the payment method of my choice. At final checkout, the error message of "unable to process" kept appearing, even after cookies were cleared.

USdisappointing price disclosure Very disappointed to get this message after finalizing the transaction: An additional resort fee of $24.74 will be added to the nightly room rate and charged at the hotel. Why this information was not provided before booking the hotel, and why it is not included in the total price, seems like a dishonest business practice!

USWORST experience, STAY AWAY Purchased flight ticket in Morning & wanted to change/cancel. Been on call since 1 hour waiting. I think they will deliberately try to have me cross 24 hr timeline so they could charge me. WORST experience ever. Will be recommending our leadership team to get rid of them.

USHotel Booking- Additional Resort Fee I purchased the tickets today and after we purchased we got the messages that an additional resort fee of ~ $50 will be added to the room rate /day (Total of $150). This happened after the purchase was done. I called customer service and they told us it's non refundable. I would never use this again.
