GBno discount applied at checkout, not much of a benefit. When opening the tab to buy concert tickets, a popup window told me to enter a code "THANKYOU10" at checkout to receive 10% off. At checkout I entered the code, and it would not apply the discount, saying it was not an active code.

GBHotel Booking- Additional Resort Fee I purchased the tickets today and after we purchased we got the messages that an additional resort fee of ~ $50 will be added to the room rate /day (Total of $150). This happened after the purchase was done. I called customer service and they told us it's non refundable. I would never use this again.

GBNO flow at checkout There was NO flow at checkout. Despite the lag time with connecting PayPal, I still had to use my credit card and not the payment method of my choice. At final checkout, the error message of "unable to process" kept appearing, even after cookies were cleared.
