Hotel Booking- Additional Resort Fee I purchased the tickets today and after we purchased we got the messages that an additional resort fee of ~ $50 will be added to the room rate /day (Total of $150). This happened after the purchase was done. I called customer service and they told us it's non refundable. I would never use this again.

Good prices--but needs more build. The site has good discounts and selection for international travel. However, it didn't have the filter or sorting, comparable capability as in other booking sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc. I wish it had that. The site is also glitchy. Its slow and will cut off in the middle of selection even though my connection is stable. And does it have to remain attached to the HR site of my work all the time? Because the HR access cuts off after a while for security.

Save a few Bucks!! compare on other sites,before I bought some football tickets, save $5 bucks compare to the taxes and fees other was chagrining! I figure something is better than nothing at all. Especially for nosebleed seats at a cheap price.

disappointing price disclosure Very disappointed to get this message after finalizing the transaction: An additional resort fee of $24.74 will be added to the nightly room rate and charged at the hotel. Why this information was not provided before booking the hotel, and why it is not included in the total price, seems like a dishonest business practice!

This was my first time to use this website. This was my first time to use this discount website from my job. It was very easy to follow. It was worth using because it was cheaper than all the other websites I looked at.
