customer service. I love goty tv, but when I place a ticket to request a movie or episode, they never answer. They are remaining pending for weeks.

Recent updates are awsome New website is gotytv.com Recently they have changed the whole design and a new version is released. I have purchased a diamond lifetime membership and it's working fine. They have a decent archive of Tv shows and Movies.

Look I bought myself a gold… Look I bought myself a gold subscription, the price is nice & having no adds is so much less stressful & the free downloads is NICE. BUT the so called "Android app" (gotytv link they even provided below in a previous reply) doesn't exist hence the poor rating. It just leads me to a "404" page no matter what browser (Chrome, ect) i use on my mobile. It literally leads to a dead webpage. Hence the low rating. Otherwise I would've given it 5/5 Also support is non existent too. I suggest getting a mid level subscription just to bugger the adds off and gain access to extra movies but besides that. Don't expect a android app. As of 1/13/22
