customer service. I love goty tv, but when I place a ticket to request a movie or episode, they never answer. They are remaining pending for weeks.

Was working great and i got their… Was working great and i got their diamond subscription. recently every time i try to grab something i get an error 658, multiple computers, different IP's phone, etc same issue. have submitted tickets for the last month and now going to my alternative places. I will probably go to Ppal and ask for refund.

Why Did I Purchase a Life Membership??? I'm really beginning to wonder why I purchased a lifetime membership with GotyTV. The don't answer the support questions/concerns and the service is getting slower...other sites have the downloads hours or even days before them. I'm actually getting worse service, and downloading less content, from them now that I upgraded my membership! Looks like a bad decision on my part.

Look I bought myself a gold… Look I bought myself a gold subscription, the price is nice & having no adds is so much less stressful & the free downloads is NICE. BUT the so called "Android app" (gotytv link they even provided below in a previous reply) doesn't exist hence the poor rating. It just leads me to a "404" page no matter what browser (Chrome, ect) i use on my mobile. It literally leads to a dead webpage. Hence the low rating. Otherwise I would've given it 5/5 Also support is non existent too. I suggest getting a mid level subscription just to bugger the adds off and gain access to extra movies but besides that. Don't expect a android app. As of 1/13/22
