Actually consider this site to be one… Actually consider this site to be one of the best I have used but of recent most of the series I want to download it keeps showing me video not found. What's wrong?

Terrible scam site Terrible scam site. I signed up and paid for a Premium Account. Everything worked fine for 1 month. The day before my Premium Account was due to expire, money was taken from my bank account but my Premium Account was closed. I’ve tried contacting Gotytv to have my Premium Account renewed, but no response at all. Chat doesn’t work, emails go unanswered, and when you click on Help .... YOU NEED TO BUY A PREMIUM ACCOUNT TO GET ANY HELP!!!!! How do I get the Premium Account I paid for nearly 3 weeks ago?????????

Review Updated Looks like they changed the website from goty.tv to gotytv.com. Would have been nice if they had informed everyone before they did it. This site just gets worse as time passes. They promised to be an improvement over GrabTheBeast, but they are actually worse. Update: The updating of the listed TV shows has now slowed to a crawl. Free sites have the content 3-4 days, and sometimes even weeks, before GotyTV (which I have to pay for access). I do not intend to renew. My advice - Don't waste your money!

If you have a mac (I have a macairbook… If you have a mac (I have a macairbook 2) it does not let you stream. I had a windows computer and it streamed fine, then i got a mac and it doesnt stream. It is a total ripoff.

I have a premium account which allows… I have a premium account which allows me to open tickets for complaints on the site but so far going back over months now not one ticket has been responded to, they don't have a telegram channel, a sub-reddit, nothing and still they won't attend to complaints of wrong episodes, missing episodes or others. Its so stupid, it's like the premium isn't worth it. Customer care is zero
