USBUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased the 360 spinabooth and before I could even book an appointment the unit stopped spinning. Contacted customer service thinking since it was under warranty it would be a quick fix, and they tell me they will send me the little white box that seems to be the issue with alot of these "new" machine and then schedule a zoom call with a "tech" to show ME how to fix it!!! It's been over 6 months and I am still dealing with this and no-one can help or assist with some sort of refund. Not to mention they had me pay for additional shipping of $299 to send it back to them since the little white box they sent me 4 times to install myself did not fix the problem...this was 12.12.22 and 2 more months later they still have it and I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails

USNo response from compamy I reached out 3 times with no response. The arm is no longer sturdy and looks has if it's going to fall apart. Now the website is down. I'm thinking of stop making payments until I hear from someone.

USI order a wireless battery I order a wireless battery, the first time I went to charge it up it started smoking and made a spark. They sent me another wireless battery and it didn't even charge. I've reached out to Rufino multiple times and now I don't hear anything from him. You go to their website and it's not even up. I may have to get a lawyer and get this situation solved.

USThey are taking customer money I had an event on Dec 7 2022.. Plug my booth into charge ..The power box started smoking and a pop noise happen...It has not been working since I called ,emails , called email...No one wants to help .I spend 3K for my business...I should have check this site before...I am going to fight to get my money back .I brought my booth in Sept 2022.. This is some BS. I live here in GA where the company is base. I still can't get any help
