GBNow a happy customer I'm now a happy customer! I was extremely frustrated about a week ago because I was unable to get update on replacement battery. After posting a review I received a phone call apologizing for the delayed response and that they was waiting on the part. From last week to this week I received updates and my tracking number two days ago which it arrived today and I've installed and it's charging properly. I must say they made it right! Thanks!

GBMy 360 booth case was damaged when I… My 360 booth case was damaged when I received it. They would not exchange it stating the warranty only did not cover the case. I was offered a $100 gift card but considering I spent nearly $4000 what is that really. The case was shipped strapped to a skid with no padding or cardboard or any protection whatsoever. So I don’t understand how the customer is meant to keep a brand new damaged case. Other than that, yes my 360 works. But I am still very unhappy and disappointed.

GBNo response from compamy I reached out 3 times with no response. The arm is no longer sturdy and looks has if it's going to fall apart. Now the website is down. I'm thinking of stop making payments until I hear from someone.

GBBUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased the 360 spinabooth and before I could even book an appointment the unit stopped spinning. Contacted customer service thinking since it was under warranty it would be a quick fix, and they tell me they will send me the little white box that seems to be the issue with alot of these "new" machine and then schedule a zoom call with a "tech" to show ME how to fix it!!! It's been over 6 months and I am still dealing with this and no-one can help or assist with some sort of refund. Not to mention they had me pay for additional shipping of $299 to send it back to them since the little white box they sent me 4 times to install myself did not fix the problem...this was 12.12.22 and 2 more months later they still have it and I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails

GBThey are taking customer money I had an event on Dec 7 2022.. Plug my booth into charge ..The power box started smoking and a pop noise happen...It has not been working since I called ,emails , called email...No one wants to help .I spend 3K for my business...I should have check this site before...I am going to fight to get my money back .I brought my booth in Sept 2022.. This is some BS. I live here in GA where the company is base. I still can't get any help
