Concert Tickets We paid $730 for two (2) tickets that included insurance, service fees and taxes for Adam Lambert and Queen in Phila. Pa. Our seats were obstructed view seats, and we purchased these tickets six (6) months before the show. These were the most expensive concert tickets we have ever purchased, and you had a duty and a responsibility to inform clients that the seats were obstructed view seats. We could not see most of the stage as there was a giant T-bar with lights and speakers obstructing our view. These seats should have been offered at a discount, not a premium. Also, the seats we purchased in March 2023, for a show in October 2023 were the "best available." One week before the concert many ticket sites were showing discounted pricing with far better seating. I will never purchase event tickets from TicketNetwork. Obstructed view seats and charged a premium. This was ridiculous!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I spent $650 on tickets to see Hardy. Hardy canceled and they refused to refund our money....they sent us a ticket credit which was no good because the concerts were over and my brother is now gone. They say 100% money back guarantee but now we are tied up in legal matters with the Better Business Bureau. They also don't use domestic phone support either and their support are as good as theives. If you'll notice in the reply THESE CROOKS told me to resell the tickets, the artist canceled, I just want my money back, I've already talked with them and they refuse to help so don't let them make you think they care because they don't, I literally just called them and got the same story again. Dummys. They sent my money to a credit with their website to buy more tickets and then it says they got used for a concert that I wasn't even in town for, I just want my money back, when a man spends his hard earned money on something like this and the artist cancels then the man should get his money back, I got completely scammed here and your phone rep told me tough luck.....I may not be a huge corporation but I served this country and people who do have value in this society will know not to ever do business with this company, if they make it right I'll let everyone know.

I ordered and paid for grandstand… I ordered and paid for grandstand tickets for Montreal grand prix, however I received grandstand 32 instead. Without contacting me they send me the downgraded tickets, and offering a 50% discount. Hotel rooms are paid for, trip planned etc. The weekend is costing me $3000, and they offering me $60 bucks vs an experience of a life time. It is absolutely unacceptable. Update. They returned my money. However the tickets I bought are still for sale for $130 per ticket more.

I would leave a 0 if I could I would leave a 0 if I could. This company has done nothing but unhelpful in my attempt to fix an accidental purchase. They set up the website to look like a well known, reputable ticket selling site. Then “sell” you tickets that you do not have access to until right before an event so you cannot resell after they direct you to resell on their related site. The entire process has been a disaster.

First Time Using TicketNetwork Good Evening and this is our first time using Ticket Network and it was very Easy and the prices are really good … I’ve read a lot of reviews and Wow … people have wrote some great reviews and then you have all the Negative ones which Scares me because we Saved this Money to send My husband and Son who has Autism to see their first Hockey game together and I’m praying that we get our tickets for the game ….
