DISGUSTED I am being forced to keep a set of tickets for a venue and date sent to me in error. Customer service was HORRIBLE and no refund or exchange policy the same. Now I have to pay for TWO sets of tickets, only one of which I can use...I believe I was scammed into this double purchase and will NEVER purchase anything from TicketNetwork.com again in life, and will be sharing my experience with others so I can stop EVERYONE I CAN from being screwed by this company and its UNFAIR AND AWFUL practices

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I spent $650 on tickets to see Hardy. Hardy canceled and they refused to refund our money....they sent us a ticket credit which was no good because the concerts were over and my brother is now gone. They say 100% money back guarantee but now we are tied up in legal matters with the Better Business Bureau. They also don't use domestic phone support either and their support are as good as theives. If you'll notice in the reply THESE CROOKS told me to resell the tickets, the artist canceled, I just want my money back, I've already talked with them and they refuse to help so don't let them make you think they care because they don't, I literally just called them and got the same story again. Dummys. They sent my money to a credit with their website to buy more tickets and then it says they got used for a concert that I wasn't even in town for, I just want my money back, when a man spends his hard earned money on something like this and the artist cancels then the man should get his money back, I got completely scammed here and your phone rep told me tough luck.....I may not be a huge corporation but I served this country and people who do have value in this society will know not to ever do business with this company, if they make it right I'll let everyone know.

I would leave a 0 if I could I would leave a 0 if I could. This company has done nothing but unhelpful in my attempt to fix an accidental purchase. They set up the website to look like a well known, reputable ticket selling site. Then “sell” you tickets that you do not have access to until right before an event so you cannot resell after they direct you to resell on their related site. The entire process has been a disaster.

TicketNetwork TicketNetwork is an absolute fraud. Used them to purchase tickets to Phillies vs. Los Angeles Angels game 6/4/2022. Received no confirmation email, no PIN or verification. My credit card was billed full amount. Called TicketNetwork, no one answered phone despite multiple calls. Exchanged emails and was told they had no record of sale. Asked why they billed me. Got no response, no tickets. Avoid them.

Complete scam. Didn't get what I paid for I purchased "VIP rows 1-8" for a concert in Spokane. We ended up in general admission behind the VIP section. I was charged $150 per ticket and ended up getting $35 tickets. They took zero responsibility and said "we are only a website that lets people sell their tickets". Unexceptable and do not fall for their scam! Buy tickets elsewhere.
