I would leave a 0 if I could I would leave a 0 if I could. This company has done nothing but unhelpful in my attempt to fix an accidental purchase. They set up the website to look like a well known, reputable ticket selling site. Then “sell” you tickets that you do not have access to until right before an event so you cannot resell after they direct you to resell on their related site. The entire process has been a disaster.

First Time Using TicketNetwork Good Evening and this is our first time using Ticket Network and it was very Easy and the prices are really good … I’ve read a lot of reviews and Wow … people have wrote some great reviews and then you have all the Negative ones which Scares me because we Saved this Money to send My husband and Son who has Autism to see their first Hockey game together and I’m praying that we get our tickets for the game …. Boy was I suckered - Scam folks Boy was I suckered. We paid $700 plus for Willie Nelson concert, ordered months ago and assured, as these reviews ALWAYS say that the tickets would be delivered 2 days BEFORE the concert. Well, nothing new to add folks. No tickets and standard operating procedure here. AVOID if you can in advance but there is no way of knowing that when ordering the damn tickets.

Complete scam. Didn't get what I paid for I purchased "VIP rows 1-8" for a concert in Spokane. We ended up in general admission behind the VIP section. I was charged $150 per ticket and ended up getting $35 tickets. They took zero responsibility and said "we are only a website that lets people sell their tickets". Unexceptable and do not fall for their scam! Buy tickets elsewhere.

Hardy canceled and they refused to refund our money....they sent us a ticket credit which was no good because the concerts were over and my brother is now gone. They say 100% money back guarantee but now we are tied up in legal matters with the Better Business Bureau. They also don't use domestic phone support either and their support are as good as theives. If you'll notice in the reply THESE CROOKS told me to resell the tickets, the artist canceled, I just want my money back, I've already talked with them and they refuse to help so don't let them make you think they care because they don't, I literally just called them and got the same story again. Dummys. They sent my money to a credit with their website to buy more tickets and then it says they got used for a concert that I wasn't even in town for, I just want my money back, when a man spends his hard earned money on something like this and the artist cancels then the man should get his money back, I got completely scammed here and your phone rep told me tough luck.....I may not be a huge corporation but I served this country and people who do have value in this society will know not to ever do business with this company, if they make it right I'll let everyone know.
