USAt first I was afraid... So, when I first saw the reviews here at Trustpilot about Ticket Liquidator I thought "Oh I'm liquidated"! I bought tickets for the NYC Homecoming Concert on Friday 20 and it turns out I had the most beautiful experience with them. I wrote them the minute I saw the reviews, not long after I got an answer from customer support. Still, so I wasn't really relieved. Around 10 am on Saturday 21, the concert's day I got my tickets. I was still afraid they were not for real, but at the venue, I had no problems using them. I'll definitely go back with them for my next tickets! Thank you very much Ticket Liquidator!

USBuyer Beware!!!!! Purchased tickets for a show that was postponed until next year due to COVID-19. TL is not honoring refunds. Under there 100% money back guarantee nonsense they claim that I will receive tickets for the show I purchased. Obviously they don't stand behind that guarantee. I purchased tickets for a show that was scheduled for last month, not next year. Funny enough I found this site while searching Ticket Liquidator class action. Edit: Like I said before, they are not honoring their supposed guarantee. This much was made obvious by their canned reply.

USFake Tickets!!! Fake Tickets!!!! Went to a Pat Green venue in Wimberley Tx Tickets cost 38$ cost me though this site 680$ for 6 tickets got to the venue turns out they were FAKE called them 1st thing they asked if I tried another gate to see if they would let’s us in !! (REALLY) Then they send you some different tickets after the venue was already 40 minutes in told them NO want my money back hour 1/2 later on phone run around on hold again again then it was NO so Sad that a company would STEAL my hard earned money like this.

CAThis company is pretty predatory This company is pretty predatory. My mother is almost 70yrs old, wants to buy Keith Urban so searches keith urban ottawa. Surprise surprise this tire fire comes up. She requested tickets of around 100$ each. with the surcharge she is now in the nosebleeds, total bill is around 300$ for two tickets and on top of that the tix are in us funds. Call for a refund, no way.. its our policy blah blah blah. Very predatory in my opinion. Its too bad my mother is older and was trying to exercise her independence to do something nice for her daughter. We are exploring our legal and consumer right options.

USway too many fees only after you enter your credit card #, do you get fees added. An order for 2 tickets went up $45. In another order, the fees were higher than the ticket prices. I ended up ordering, and it's been nearly 4 weeks and no tickets. They keep telling me the "digital tickets have not arrived in the office"
