way too many fees only after you enter your credit card #, do you get fees added. An order for 2 tickets went up $45. In another order, the fees were higher than the ticket prices. I ended up ordering, and it's been nearly 4 weeks and no tickets. They keep telling me the "digital tickets have not arrived in the office"

I purchased tickets to see the Black Pumas in Seattle (keep in mind I live in Texas and I was in Washington for vacation) they cancelled the event because of a covid scare. Ticket liquidator. Refuses to give me my money back because they said I was given valid tickets to the rescheduled event. I LIVE IN TEXAS! IM NOT FLYING BACK TO WASHINGTON FOR A CONCERT. I have talked to 5 reps of their “PrIoRiTy CuSToMer sUppOrT TeAm” and everyone tells me the same BS. Why do they have this 100% money back guarantee they keep mentioning if it helps in no situation. To ticket liquidator, You have made an enemy out of a customer, which seems to be the case in 50% of your interactions. Do not respond to me and say “you can contact us to help resolve the issue”. Contact me and get this crap taken care off. You are a joke of a business and whoever responds to this you should be ashamed of working for this company. Give my money back right now. Deplorable Seats My five seats were located in 3B , Row 18. After paying $551.70, I assumed I would at least be able to see the field/scoreboard. These were the worst seats that I have ever had, and I go to at least one or more games per season. I am an OSU graduate, and supervised the masters' students in education at the Lima campus for 12 years. I was treating my family to this game, and found I was constantly apologizing for these seats. I will never use Ticket Liquidators again.

After I received my tracking number it was the same day as the event two hours later then the event called was charged more money to make sure I got it on time that is unacceptable. I could not have had a worse experience… I could not have had a worse experience with ticket liquidator. Their customer service is awful and I do not recommend buying or selling on this platform. We were completely screwed when selling tickets. I was never contacted that the sale of my tickets was detected as fraud and my post was taken down for a week. When I finally contacted and found out, I was able to repost with only 2 days left to sell and of course they didn’t so I was stuck eating the costs.
