USOBSTRUCTED FRONT ROW SEATS We were shocked that we paid over $400 for "front row" seats that were almost completely obstructed by speakers on the stage. I requested a refund and they agreed to $32.80. Disgraceful. I have requested a charge back of 50% from my credit card company as I think that's fair. Next time MARK THE TICKETS WITH OBSTRUCTED VIEW AND DON'T MISLEAD YOUR CUSTOMERS.

USContacting Ticket Liquidator with a problem. We arrived at our venue, luckily 1.5 hours in advance only to find that our tickets were fraudulent. No fault of ticket liquidator, but to get thru to speak with someone, I was on hold for 32 minutes!! I finally got a person, who was most helpful, but unfortunately we did not get to see a show that was a Christmas gift, we traveled over an hour to see and there were no additional seats available that would fit our needs (my husband has mobility issues). My issue is that 32 minutes of hold time is totally unacceptable and needs to be corrected.

USGreat performance but Parking Issues The performance was amazing, but the parking situation wasn't that clear or great to me. I'm disabled and needed parking right in front of the venue. Guests weren't allowed to park in the handicapped section, because the streets were closed off. But after I walked from my parking spot which was too far for an asthmatic to walk to the entrance I saw the street where the handicapped parking opened and certain people were able to park there. Though the program was great, I'd never go again unless parking was better.

USObstructed view seats The tickets I purchased had an obstructed view that wasn't advertised The staff from ticket liquidator uses my ticket tracker to process the tickets. Unfortunately one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I was told the tickets were being shipped by fed ex to my house on a certain date. I felt that date would be cutting it too close so I asked them to ship them to the hotel. They agreed and then the tickets came to my home some days later! I'm mostly unhappy because the tickets had an unacceptable obstructed view . Would not have purchased them knowing this!

USDeplorable Seats My five seats were located in 3B , Row 18. After paying $551.70, I assumed I would at least be able to see the field/scoreboard. These were the worst seats that I have ever had, and I go to at least one or more games per season. I am an OSU graduate, and supervised the masters' students in education at the Lima campus for 12 years. I was treating my family to this game, and found I was constantly apologizing for these seats. I will never use Ticket Liquidators again.
