Never want to be without MyPoints MyPoints is a trustworthy site. I've been a member for many years. I have never had an issue with redeeming my points, whether it be for gift cards or PayPal cash. I always rave about MyPoints and have recommended them to friends over the years.

No longer trustable 75% of survives… No longer trustable 75% of survives lock before your points are given to your account. Next to impossible to get customer service 25% of time you will get points. History of company locks never happened now it’s rampant and you waste hours and get locked after completing survey and just a few questions and auto locking page so it never rewards

User-friendly experience I was able to filter options to view only those for which I had earned enough points. Once filtered, I found several appealing options to choose from. Redemption was quick and easy, and the reward has incentivized me to use MyPoints to reach my favorite online stores going forward.

I would be happier if my points were… I would be happier if my points were added to my account right away, rather than wait for customer service to give me the points. I am very happy wiith customer service responses.

Fast point redemption It was a fast process for me to redeem some of my points for a gift card of my choosing. I enjoy shopping through mypoints and completing surveys providing feedback.
