Excellent experience Excellent experience! The verification/redemption process on here was so much easier than many of the competitor sites make it. Turned a little $5 in to a 400 withdrawal! Horrible customer service Several months ago my account was restricted without any reason given. I have sent at least 50 emails and have not received any response. I have tried to call the number listed and no one has ever answered it and there is no voicemail. This is not the first time I've been restricted without any explanation. I am sure I've spent thousands of dollars at the casino, what a horrible way to treat your customers.

Not a bad platform Not a bad platform, I just hate that it's such a pain getting to the sweeps play site. It's nearly impossible not to get reverted to the club site, which is useless. I've reported the issue and followed the instructions support gave me and still no luck.

They don't pay when you win They don't pay when you win. I won 4,500 SC and a week later still have nothing. Gave them enough information to get a mortgage to "verify" me but still no communication or anything. I play on FanDuel and draft kings with no problem at all with withdrawals but for some reason they need massive amounts of personal information and still don't pay. You can't contact them outside email. No phone number or live chat. Just email that goes unanswered. Pretty sure it's a scam to steal your identity at this point.
