This is the second time I have had an issue with a game or being compensated for something and had to wait days for a reply to my inquiry and when I do finally get a response its for something that has nothing to do with my inquiry .. I had an issue with a game freezing and crashing I want to be compensated or I want my spins !! It's that simple train your agents because they don't even take the time to read peoples emails like at all !
