Shocking service!!!!!!!! I signed up to Supercasino and deposited £10. Upon this, they locked me out of my account. I have waited 72 hours to still access my account! Spoke to the online chat help who explained it's going to take longer. Rude and abrupt service who kept replying that 'they do not know as they do not work in that department.' Absolute joke!!!! They have happily took my money and lockde me out of my account, I am so upset with the service I have received. I am now £10 down and still waiting. Baffles me why they do not verify your documents before you deposit, instead lock you out of your account so you cannot use YOUR money. Terrible company with glorified advertising to get the punters in!!!!!! Once my account has been 'verified' my £10 will be withdrawn immediately!!!!!

Don't take there promotions !!! Don't take there promotions as they have clauses and i lost £5,395 because of a clause in the promotion, was very very unhappy. But there okay if you just do your own bets and don't take any promotions at all, beware. There live roulette is good from 10pm to 7am, that's only good thing, and they pay out if you have no promotions on your winnings.
