Unprofessional I signed up on a Saturday aroun 16.00 and was told I can deposit up to 150 eur before they verifiy my documents. Put 15 eur on, logged back in on Sunday around 12.00 and could not deposit anything. I contact support and they tell me I need to get verified to deposit more. I asked them why , since less than 24h ago I was offered by them different conditions, and no explanation. These were terms and conditions offered by them that changed in under 24h, between two non-working days, with no notice, and no explanation. Who does that? It is so unprofessional.

GDPR Breach I tried to open an account. After several technical issues, I decided to close the account without depositing. But, the account closure section does not work. I tried to contact their customer service, but there was no customer service. Also, their dashboard is loading slowly because of heavy JavaScript codes. I cannot close the account and remove my data. There is no working option on their website, which is a GDPR breach. Terrible company, terrible website, terrible customer service!
