GBPoor customer service Removes bonuses unfairly and distress me with stake restrictions in every letter. It happened shortly after I used a free bet, which the company granted itself. You should remove false advertising if you are going to restrict people from using your offers. When the free bets and bonuses are taken away, it is clear that the company wants to encourage irresponsible gambling. Customer service is an absolute joke. I ask simple questions, and every single one of them copies and pastes the same phrases and typically the same replies. There was no answer to my questions. I wonder if Bwin employs people who don't know how to deal with customers or if it's just a robot with automatic replies.

I have been playing here a few months now and If by some miracle I manage to hit 3 scatters it has never paid anything over 30x. I have 2 stars simply because I have won a few times on sports (which they have no control over) and the payouts are fast. But If you play casino stay away.

ESUnprofessional I signed up on a Saturday aroun 16.00 and was told I can deposit up to 150 eur before they verifiy my documents. Put 15 eur on, logged back in on Sunday around 12.00 and could not deposit anything. I contact support and they tell me I need to get verified to deposit more. I asked them why , since less than 24h ago I was offered by them different conditions, and no explanation. These were terms and conditions offered by them that changed in under 24h, between two non-working days, with no notice, and no explanation. Who does that? It is so unprofessional.
