Very late delivery and poor communication I bought this as a birthday gift. I ordered it 1 week before the birthday and it arrived almost 2 weeks after their birthday with no communication in between. I was very disappointed.

Not worth the money if you have kids Update: Changed from 2 stars to 1. After posting my original review the link provided by their response got me in touch with customer service, FINALLY! If I wasn’t disappointed enough at first I really am now. They said no returns or refunds at all. They offered me a 15% discount for another order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT WHY WOULD I ORDER ANOTHER? Horrible customer care/ policies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Original Review: Quality seems good. Customer service is the worst. I’ve emailed multiple times and haven’t heard back. Also tried the live chat- never got an answer when it said connecting to support staff. This product is not practical for a couple with children. The amount of planning then having to get a sitter just to do any challenge is ridiculous. Not worth the money spent.

Customer service helpful Customer service was helpful and quick to respond. Shipping (to Germany) was quick for me, order arrived only days later. Have not checked out the challenges yet but happy with the overall process.

No response from customer support, then shipped the order despite me asking to cancel I placed an order on Friday April 12, and almost immediately realized that it autofilled my business credit card rather than my personal. Within minutes (and during business hours), I requested to cancel my order through the chat on their website. Over an hour later, no response. Over the next several hours I sent 2 emails, an instagram message and a Facebook message and now, 4 days later, have not heard a single thing back. They just shipped my order despite my request to cancel. Why even have a customer support email or a chat if you don’t monitor it and respond? All I need is for this order to be refunded and charged to a different card, I didn’t realize that was so much to ask
