Paid in full, Never received product Ordered this product for my husband as a surprise for his 60th on his special birthday this year Feb. 29 which only comes around ever four years. I have yet to receive it. My order was placed and PAID for 2-26-24 It’s now the middle of April and no communication and no product. I’ve be very patient and checking everyday to see it’s arrived only to be disappointed. Their customer service is difficult to contact with no phone number. If I do not receive it within this week I will call my bank and have my payment reversed. Very disappointed with this company and my experience in trying to resolve this.

Worth it! Have an Adventure! It doesn't matter if your relationship is doing great or if you're going through a rough patch. I cannot recommend adventure challenge enough. Currently going through the couples edition adventure challenge book and the connection cards. Both are excellent!

Impossible Shipping and Bad Customer Service Worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. Don’t even bother ordering. They do not ship directly and use a third party which uses “UPS mail innovations” (rated 1 star in Google). My package was delayed and then lost after a month. Their customer service is polite but useless and slow. They re-sent the package and it was lost again and they could not/would not do anything about it. I spent countless hours on the phone with UPS and was unable to get a clear response. Finally ended up getting a full refund 3 months after ordering. JUST BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.
