GBNo response from customer support, then shipped the order despite me asking to cancel I placed an order on Friday April 12, and almost immediately realized that it autofilled my business credit card rather than my personal. Within minutes (and during business hours), I requested to cancel my order through the chat on their website. Over an hour later, no response. Over the next several hours I sent 2 emails, an instagram message and a Facebook message and now, 4 days later, have not heard a single thing back. They just shipped my order despite my request to cancel. Why even have a customer support email or a chat if you don’t monitor it and respond? All I need is for this order to be refunded and charged to a different card, I didn’t realize that was so much to ask

CAYes buy it We have multiple adventure challenge books now, and the couples edition vol1 is nearing completion. We've loved most of the dates and some have led to truly exceptional experiences. We make each one our own and having a book full of memories to look back on is really awesome. This isn't just a book of ideas, it's memories, getting away from the mundane to try new things, a photo journal, and a great keepsake. It also makes a great gift to those you know who might need some encouragement to break from their normal go-to for activities

DECustomer service helpful Customer service was helpful and quick to respond. Shipping (to Germany) was quick for me, order arrived only days later. Have not checked out the challenges yet but happy with the overall process.

MXImpossible Shipping and Bad Customer Service Worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. Don’t even bother ordering. They do not ship directly and use a third party which uses “UPS mail innovations” (rated 1 star in Google). My package was delayed and then lost after a month. Their customer service is polite but useless and slow. They re-sent the package and it was lost again and they could not/would not do anything about it. I spent countless hours on the phone with UPS and was unable to get a clear response. Finally ended up getting a full refund 3 months after ordering. JUST BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.

GBBad customer experience My order was delayed due to being back ordered, but I didn't find that out until after not getting it for 3+ weeks and having to figure out how to hunt down their customer service contact info. The "solution" was basically to refund and let me know when I could order again, with no guarantee of when that would be or even if that product will even be offered again. Massively disappointed that I fell for this marketing scam.
