Poor service Poor service, can hardly play with 1 other player on a paid server. Pure Trash!.. unless your willing to pay for $50 in addons to make it functional and get "high priority service". canceled my service and requested a refund, was told that would happen..2 months later I'm still getting charged. Go anywhere else

I had issues with Xgaming from day 1… I had issues with Xgaming from day 1 but tried to work through them as the reviews for this service were pretty decent. But after them failing to refund me after a issue with purchasing and them cancelling my server halfway through a month of using the service I have to say it's been too much. would not recommend, service support was also abysmal.

I cancelled before 24 hours and they… I cancelled before 24 hours and they wouldn't issue a refund. There site is also riddled with spelling errors. Customer service was rude.*** Not only did I have a bad experience but for some reason your reply to my review is trying to discredit my review of your bad service by telling me to be mindful of my language while seeking assistance... I am always extremely mindful of my language and didn't say anything colorful. Feel free to post the chat log. So annoying.
