Great experience So far my experience with Xgamingservers has been great. The server performance is great on the basic level. The customer service has also been great. If you need something configured, these dudes will help figure it out.

Rented a Myth of Empires Server only to… Rented a Myth of Empires Server only to find that there is no way to change settings for the server besides the basic server name and a couple of other options. Upon support request they seemed to not even understand what I was talking about and took over 8h for the 1st answer to a ticket (both on site and discord). Also lost my money as they have no logic refund policy according to their legal docs on site. Stay away if you expect something done with expertise.

Poor service Poor service, can hardly play with 1 other player on a paid server. Pure Trash!.. unless your willing to pay for $50 in addons to make it functional and get "high priority service". canceled my service and requested a refund, was told that would happen..2 months later I'm still getting charged. I cancelled before 24 hours and they… I cancelled before 24 hours and they wouldn't issue a refund. There site is also riddled with spelling errors. Customer service was rude.*** Not only did I have a bad experience but for some reason your reply to my review is trying to discredit my review of your bad service by telling me to be mindful of my language while seeking assistance... I am always extremely mindful of my language and didn't say anything colorful. Feel free to post the chat log. So annoying.
