Advertised package vs reality... Company advertises server packages to run palworld, only to turn around and tell you the servers are under spec for palworld. Let me be clear, I didn't default to the cheapest server. Second or third of the advertised palworld packages. Server stability is poor, I was told the software isn't well optimized and an upgrade was the solution. Upgraded, didn't improve stability. As a minor nitpick, the scheduling command function of the panel could really use a list of basic commands or some sort of documentation. While unhelpful in my case, support was relatively quick to respond.
