GB48 hours is a lie I really like what you guys are doing here, but I find it rediculous that your 48 free trial starts at midnight the day of when you start it. I started my free trial around 3 pm EST on Wednesday and it was terminated at midnight of Friday morning. That's not 48 hours, so I lost my Valheim world because of that. If your making 48, make it 48 hours.

GBThe actual service is good but there⦠The actual service is probably the best for customizing valheim / running mods. But there are a few clunky sign up/settup things they could easily improve. #1 Make it WAY more obvious to deploy a Valheim server with mods, it's in a non obvious drop down and then requires you to submit a ticket to support to implement after setup. Just make it more obvious on signup to avoid all that extra work. #2 I never figured out how to get proper discord permissions. I had to submit a ticket that wasn't responded to still... This should have a VERY CLEAR spot right in the account info or knowledge area on the site. I couldn't find anything anywhere other than a basic link to the discord

CAAdvertised package vs reality... Company advertises server packages to run palworld, only to turn around and tell you the servers are under spec for palworld. Let me be clear, I didn't default to the cheapest server. Second or third of the advertised palworld packages. Server stability is poor, I was told the software isn't well optimized and an upgrade was the solution. Upgraded, didn't improve stability. As a minor nitpick, the scheduling command function of the panel could really use a list of basic commands or some sort of documentation. While unhelpful in my case, support was relatively quick to respond.
